Ascott Shenzhen should be able to meet his standards, much better than some Ascotts in other cities I stayed in before. And the hotel staff was particularly patient and enthusiastic in helping me, a light sleeper, to make choices. In the end, I slept very well. The room is among the best in the five-star apartment hotels. I will stay in the two-bedroom executive suite next time I go to Shenzhen.

非常糟糕，接近1000每晚的價格，但是浴室的毛巾居然是臟的，沾水後水變成黃色了，很臟。我清洗了五六遍，才把毛巾洗乾淨，才敢使用。
入住了三天，跟前台説保潔阿姨這三天都不用進房間打掃衞生了，擔心保潔更換的毛巾也是臟的。三天的時間，洗澡衹敢使用我清洗過的那一張毛巾。其它毛巾都不敢使用。
第一晚起床後臉上也冒了幾顆痘痘，第二晚自己墊了一個枕頭巾。枕頭也是臟的。
經常出差，住過各種五星以上的酒店。但第一次遇到這種情況。最簡單、最重要的的衞生都沒做好。不敢相信是雅詩閣來福士酒店的水平。
