I recently stayed at Hotel Jen in Shenzhen and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The service was amazing, with welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. I loved the room decoration—it was both stylish and comfortable.
The shuttle service to nearby malls was a fantastic convenience, allowing us to explore the area with ease. I was also amazed by the professional gym facilities, which are likely the best in Shenzhen.
A special shout-out to the high-quality branded lotion and shampoo provided; they truly added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Jen for anyone visiting Shenzhen!

室內泳池水溫太冷沒有冲身只係進入時經過非常不舒服的小水池及過濾水柱令人費解因為你有穿上酒店浴衣由酒店房出來沿着才能到泳池。經過很多室外地方不明白為什麼酒店不考慮住客的感覺。水也冷不好游

酒店很新，食物很不錯，房間不大，酒店可能入住率比較高所以服務比較慢，但是酒店前台的服務很好，也算是彌補了整體的住店體驗，尤其點贊前台Viola.
