Incredible jaw dropping outdoor heated pool and unheated children’s water playground. A private fake beach connected to a 1.4m depth pool. Perfect for my 1 and 5 yo. Not many staff speak English so unfortunately difficult to get any decent service - even from concierge for a simple restaurant recommendation was painful. Watch out for mould in the pool. Needs closer cleaning. The room is so old and tired but they try their hardest to keep it clean. Unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet was terrible and the room smelt like sewage. Loud clubbing music was playing outside the window facing the pool until at least 9pm - I fell asleep to the sound of the beat. There’s no sound insulation so not great for light sleepers - heard 5-6 other guests walking back to their rooms at night.

It has been 10 years. Although it is not very new, the service is pretty good and the room is large. I originally booked the room type in OCT. The lady at the front desk also upgraded me to a room to watch the Happy Coast Theater. Because I stayed here 8 years ago, I have a bit of a memory complex, so I stayed here again!

The hotel is located on the east side of Happy Coast. You can see Shenzhen Bay and Nanshan City from the balcony of the hotel room. There are dedicated underground parking spaces for parking. The room is large and the layout is very reasonable. The functional area partitions can be opened, making it very bright during the day. , closed at night and very private. Because it is next to Happy Coast, not far from Splendid China, Window of the World and Happy Valley, a taxi only costs a dozen yuan. Breakfast is pretty good, mainly Chinese style breakfast, slightly worse Western style.

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.

Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the metro and main parts of the city. The room is spacious, but it felt too old, with a weird smell, a bit damp. The hotel and rooms are needing an update, even the lights in the room, there isnt a master switch. There was a strong smell of cigarette from next door, and a bit noisy. Thr bathroom is old and outdated, a bit dark. Once taking a shower the water ran cold and didnt heat up again. It was clean enough and the staff spoke great English. It isnt a bad hotel, just needs an upgrade.

Good location near OCT Loft. Breakfast simple and enough, amenities complete, cleaning lady was so kind. Check in process was quick. Overall everything was good. Until check out time, the front lady was a little annoying by forcing me to write a review about the hotel right then I was checking out so that I could get a breakfast refund for my child. I didn't expect any refund or reward and I'd be happy to write good review if the hotel deserve that. Even though she has apologized, I feel the need to convey this for improvement.

The environment is very good, the location is excellent, there is a subway station to the airport nearby, and there is a self-service laundry room on the 6th floor, which is very convenient for people traveling on business. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, the staff enthusiastically helped to pick up my luggage. The person who received me was Cora at the front desk. The service was excellent and attentive. Because it was a party, there were a lot of things that needed help to be delivered to the room, and they were delivered in a timely manner every time! ! Pick-up and drop-off by car is very convenient. Very satisfied with the check-in experience ~ no hidden charges! I will order [love] next time

That's it. There is no USB port for charging mobile phones. One bottle of mineral water is provided for each person in the room. It will no longer be given away after drinking. A particularly good apartment with a first-rate location. The room is very new. All facilities are very clean and quiet. The decoration is also very beautiful. The lobby downstairs is also tall and spacious. The quilts are dry and loose and comfortable. The public air conditioner has heating. The kitchen can be used for cooking, there is a balcony with a washing machine for drying and washing clothes, and the TV can be cast. Across the road is Window of the World, which is only a 5-6 minute walk away, and Splendid China is a more than 10-minute walk away. It is very close to the subway station, next to Yitian Holiday Plaza, and there are KFC and Naixue downstairs. It is super convenient for eating and shopping. The check-in experience was very good!

Great hostel in super nice location with lots of nice eateries, supermarket, an art galleries and cafes around. Staff speaks good English. I booked a queen bed room, which was clean and walls are relatively sound proof as well. The style of the room is overall very basic though, here I think you get better for the price. If you don’t mind this, I definitely recommend :)
