Best Pet friendly Hotels in Shenzhen

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel and very impressed with the service. Hotel is very convenient, close to the shopping mall and cruise centre. Room was big and clean and the hotel service was great. Levi at the reception realised it was my birthday when we were at the reception and sent up some birthday snacks. A very good stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here along time ago during the time of COVID in 2021. Back then it was empty with only a few attendees. Now it was bustling and it was packed! I was happy to see that this place was doing well. A popular and great place for families and couples on weekend get away. Shout out to Damon Liu. He took care of my girlfriend and I our entire stay. He even helped me get a cake for my girlfriend since we were there for her birthday celebration! All the staff I interacted with were super nice with incredible service. They even brought us one emergency first aid kit when my girlfriend broke her nail Our room was clean and we were provided with enough amenities for a weekend stay. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were top quality. Super good and worth your money and stomach. Overall great stay! If your a foreigner in Shenzhen, come here and ask for Damon Liu. He speaks proper English and he’s a gentleman. 10/10 will go back soon again.

I recently stayed Mission Hills and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff Tina and Arina were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made check-in smooth and provided great recommendations for local spots. Their warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic visit. In addition, aspecial shoutout to the housekeeping ladies, who kept my room spotless and were always so polite and attentive. Their attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were contented with the hotel room and service provided by the staff, especially that Steven was nice and helpful, he could recall our room no. during breakfast, plus thanks for his suggestion on the tour spots. Room was exceptionally new and tidy. I love the bath tub and shower room. Free beverages with stuff were provided. Pleasant stay, will come again.

The room was great, the pool was wonderful, and they gave us a gift. The only negative thing about the hotel was the fact that the beach had a makeshift wall built around it with flood lights that scanned the ocean all night. The hotel was amazing but the feeling was very prison yard esc. I didn't know if I was being kept in or something terrible was being kept out. Fantastic hotel and great friendly staff.

This hotel is amazing. There are butler service is amazing and very quick, the young staff have very good manners and are attentive. The view of hotel is breathe taking. A great holiday experience. The room is very spacious and you can see the sea view and sunset from the room. Compared with other crowded resorts, Haibei Bay is more quiet and pleasant. I chose this hotel because the frameless glass completely does not block the sea view. The room is very clean and tidy, the service is very thoughtful, the housekeeper is on call, from reception to room, it gives people a very comfortable feeling, patiently explain the room facilities, toiletries and mineral water can be added if they are not enough, breakfast and afternoon tea are also delicious and good, I will choose your hotel next time

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

We stayed 2 nights , everything was fantastic , specially the breakfast, good variety and delicious. jimmy was super kind and helpful . Only 1 thing I have to complain about the time in the outdoor swimming pool , it’s open at 14:30 and most of the sun shine is gone could be better to open it early to enjoy the sun bathing as well. But the pool is gorgeous and big
