The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the high-quality service, as well as the delicious breakfast options. Overall, Henan Plaza Hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There are two large shopping malls nearby, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a museum nearby, which is only a few minutes' drive away. If you stay, you can park for free in the basement, which is quite good. The hotel's reservation depar**ent called in advance to arrange the room and sent fruit. The service is warm and considerate.

The hotel has above-ground and underground parking lots. During the May Day holiday, there was basically no space on the ground, but there were quite a few underground parking spaces, but they were basically full. The hotel is close to the government and you can see the TV tower. It is well decorated and has a complete range of facilities, including swimming, fitness and buffet. Welcome fruit is provided in the room. The house is square and the mattress is very thick, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, the curtains have a good shading effect, the TV signal is slightly worse, the room is very clean, and the attitudes of all kinds of waiters are very good.

Hotel service is very good, especially Tian Jiayu at the front desk is very warm, service attitude is very good, health is very clean, access is very convenient, the overall is very comfortable. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, the room is large, the bathroom is dry and wet, the facilities are convenient, the efficiency is high, and the basics are responsive, mainly because the price is affordable, parking is free, and the stay is very satisfactory! My first experience in Shijiazhuang was pleasant. Good location with many restaurants nearby. 15 mins away from Liucun subway station which is not too far for me (if you are not in a hurry , walking is a good way to exercise) . Breakfast looks the same every day but i enjoyed so much because of good taste and various kind of food. The room’s clean, and new, bed is comfy. The staffs at front counter are kind and very helpful. Will come back 😆

The room setting is old, the shower has no hot water, the front desk service is good, the central air conditioning is noisy, the ceiling of the room has a wall peeling phenomenon, the room does not provide bathrobes, but overall the price is high

The breakfast was quite rich and the front desk staff had a good service attitude. 👍
