An amazing and polite staff! The staff were way co-operative. We loved the quick service. Complementary breakfast was balanced and delicious. One can easily find the main market near the hotel and can save much of their time. Space area of the room is sufficient and hygiene has been taken care of.

We were given a room that was not cleaned up properly after previous guests left. The ceiling fan looked like it was on the verge of falling down so we did not even switch it on, there was absolutely no hot water in the bathroom. The only positive was that the staff was very responsive and polite. They came and cleaned up the room as soon as we complained. They even sent someone to get the hot water running, but it was of no use. They told us to wait for 10 min for. Hot water but even after half an hour there was no hot water. I will give it one star for the very responsive staff and take away other stars for the bad amenities.

A luxury stay in a hotel and breakfast is very good and we are happy. We have enjoyed a room stay here. I recommend it to every tourist to give first choice to this one thanks

I've stayed with two non-ac executive rooms there with complementary breakfast . Rooms are very good In this price range. Food quality are also very good though little bit costly and might be compatible with the location. All the basic amenities are available in this hotel except slippers.
