Not as great as I would have liked. My husband had stayed before and raved about the hotel. The beach side was closed for refurbishment so we were put in a small room at the Cloisters. There were a number of issues. Coffee machine not working and luke warm water from shower. A technician arrived as soon as we reported the water problem and he got it fixed. AC stayed at 68. Couldn’t turn change the temperature except for turning it off, but I prefer a cold room to a warm room so I could suck this up. Every morning we were woken by reversing vehicles. 6:30 AM. No apology for this. No discounts on bill. So be warned and beware. Ask for a room that isn’t at the back of the Cloisters. Restaurants: Palm Court - beautiful and great cocktails. Excellent service and provided us with food after a late arrival even though kitchen was supposed to be closed. 5 stars. We had booked the Italian restaurant, Principessa. Not hugely impressed. It took over an hour from our starter to our main course arriving. The couple next to us received their main before us in spite of being seated half an hour later. I am assuming that they lost the original order in the kitchen. Seated right by the exit in spite of booking well in advance. 5/10. Flamingo Grill - tried on our last night. Surly reception (tall man). Great waiter (English). Food was good and service was good. 7/10. Spa - amazing space. Had a wonderful lunch - 10/10 Can’t recommend service and food more highly. Excellent massage. Pedicure was frankly so so but that was down to the therapist I think. She was trying to sell additional services and products (which frankly irritates me). Not much work done on the feet but ho hum. Overall wouldn’t go back based on money spent and experience though there were some good bits that stood out.

After FWC published on their website that the Boca Raton beaches tested positive for red tide I called the hotel and they denied it saying it’s something the media was saying for no reason. My spouse is 8 months pregnant and they said we will be fine and have a great time. We arrived the next morning and when we went to the pool for lunch everyone was coughing, including us. The waiter acknowledged it was bad and recommended we eat inside which we did. Very disappointed the hotel lied to us and made it seem like all was good. We have had to stay indoors the hotel time

RRussell CI was here for 5 days and everything was on point room was awesome and clean the service was above average. If i needed anything the staff stepped right up and assisted and made me feel very welcome and at home. The front desk staff was great and very professional . The Hotel Manager was awesome I left to fly home and my flight was canceled could not get a flight for 2 more days i called the Hotel spoke to the desk manager who remembered me and immediately put me at ease and got me a room I have asthma and was stressing but she was awesome . I would recommend to anyone stay here you will not be disappointed I'am coming to see my son at FAU College in October and will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the Wyndam Family Russell
NNivaldo AlvarengaA typical 3 star. Still carpet in the rooms. Swimming pool very clean. Breakfast ok but long stay gets boring, nothing changes from one day to the next. Well located, next to a mega cinema and an amusement park. There is no room service but housekeeping is good, done every two days.
PPETMANTypical Western breakfast, boiled cereal, boiled egg, banana, orange juice, enough for me, then a cup of black coffee, perfect! Old yogurt and blueberries are also available!
WWEIDONGVery spacious and atmospheric Hilton hotel, rooms are suites, there is a work and meeting area, separated from the bedroom, behind the small lake door, there is a Chinese hot pot restaurant, played in a minute, very convenient.
JJG55I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay.
One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty.
Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone.
The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind by the beach or simply enjoy an artistic atmosphere, this hotel delivers on all fronts. My stay here was nothing short of wonderful, and I look forward to returning in the future.
BBAILIThe room is big, and the hotel agrees to a late check-out because of the need to use the Internet. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service for the assistance, it is very warm.
EEllesor826We stayed for an overnight recently as things are slowly trying to return to some semblance of normal. Hotel was clean. Coffee behind reception desk along with the ice. No more sit down, cooked to order breakfast. In place they have a to go bag - ours was a Jimmy Dean microwaveable breakfast sandwich (in room) along with OJ and a yogurt. Shanade and Jesse at the front desk could not be nicer or more Accommodating. One thing. Ask for a room with even numbers. The odd overlook 95 and there just may be some noice from late night drag racing. We will return when visiting Delray. Perfect location.
JjaneshiluWhen I came to the class, because I lived for more than the preferential price given to the class, I decided to stay in Ctrip for one night. It seems that it is not expensive. The room is super large, it is a suite, there is a refrigerator microwave, sofa. The front is the swimming pool and the rear window is the parking lot. The scenery is beautiful. Definitely suitable for vacation and leisure. I want to rent a car, because it is surrounded by hotels and roads, so I stayed at the hotel to prepare the course. Everywhere is the elderly to come on holiday, the fish restaurant TARCO in the hotel restaurant is very delicious, I can't finish the hot microwave oven in the evening. It is also very quiet around, in short, it is a good place to rest. However, the hotel did not have a shuttle service to Fort Lauderdale Airport and had to take a taxi. When I came, I was about $58, and I had to add a tip.
