All the staff were very nice and helped us a lot with arranging sightseeing spots and tuk-tuks. Ms. Ra in particular was a very nice female staff member who was very considerate and talked to us a lot.
When we checked in, we were given a fruit set and tea, and we asked for our laundry to be done, which was done beautifully, so we were very satisfied. They had tea time in the lobby every day from 3:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon, so we had waffles and ginger tea.
In particular, we received a one-hour massage as part of the hotel service, and even though it was just a foot course, they evenly massaged my shoulders, thighs, and neck, so I felt very refreshed. Great value for money ◎ Thank you so much!

The best location in recent years. Spacious, clean rooms in a beautiful setting. In the middle of the city as if you were in nature. Close to the center and yet quiet.

We loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.

From the moment of booking chhean, the manager could not have done more for us. On arrival all the staff are so welcoming and never stop smiling. The rooms are beautiful with hand painted murals. Super comfy beds and pillows. It is a little bit of paradise set away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but very easy walking distance to pub street and all the markets. Having ridden from Ho Chi Minh City we wanted to chill and relax. The gardens are beautiful with lovely areas to just sit and be. There’s a superb spa and if you fancy a break from the lovely Cambodian food there’s a wood fired pizza oven. I will definitely be coming back.

Der herzliche Service war einfach phänomenal! Besonders Lily hat uns mit ihrer freundlichen und angenehmen Art begeistert. Ein echtes Highlight waren die TukTuk-Fahrten mit Sokea zu den beeindruckenden Angkor-Tempeln – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Der Abschied, bei dem uns herzlich zugewunken wurde, bleibt uns ganz besonders in Erinnerung. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! Wir empfehlen euch von Herzen gerne weiter.

Wir haben gerade 4 Tage dort verbracht und es hat uns super gefallen. Vieles können wir bestätigen- super Lage, super Pool, super Massagen, sehr nettes Personal und super nette Besitzerin mit der wir länger gesprochen haben. Seit 2021 engagiert sie sich junge Menschen aus armen Familien im Hotelfach aus- und weiterzubilden . 50 davon sind schon durch diese Ausbildung gegangen. Sie erhalten kostenlose Logie, eine Ausbildung, Gehalt und viele einen Job im The Urban oder The Jungle Das finde ich persönlich sehr nachhaltig und kann das Hotel mit gutem Gefühl zu 100% weiterempfehlen 🙏

Es ist eine Oase im Trubel der Saft. Ms. Eang und ihr Team sind super nett und sorgen sich um alles was man fragt. Alles ist sehr sauber, Zimmer, Pool . Die Lage ist perfekt ruhig im Hotel aber nur ein paar Minuten zugehen zur Pup-Street. Auch die Massagen waren super und professionell. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
