receptionist was friendly, indicated that I booked the stay for the purpose of celebrating birthday and they were nice enough to send us a surprise cake 😇 rooms were exact to picture, facilities was all working fine and overall the stay was very pleasant 👍🏻 definitely will return and lots of great food choices/cafes within the vicinity

Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign

Very comfortable bed and pillow, decor very dated including bathroom. Shower was excellent though and the AC is super. Reception is tiny and in a different building to our room but only 100mtr away if even. Our room was very small but as it was a short visit it was fine. It’s quite a bit out from the city centre but excellent public transport very close.

I highly recommend this hotel to families travelling. It is so near shops, restaurants and mrt station (lavender). Although room is quite small, it offered what we need, the bed, smart tv, shower and toilet. We didnt get to use the pool due to our very limited stay in SG. Our room AC was not working when we arrived very late at around 12 mn. My toddler was sweating. In the morning, we had it fixed by maintenance and it was working fine after.

The overall service of the hotel was excellent. They welcome us with complimentary chocolates when we told them we were there to have an early birthday celebration for my wife. They sent their staff to help us when we could not connect our mobile phone to the TV. Not forgetting the excellent views from infinity swimming pool and room. They made the stay pleasant for us. However, they could improve on telling guests how to get to the Skypark. The staff of the club were not too friendly when we lost our way and asked for directions.

Service was not bad. Staff were nice and helpful, housekeeping is always friendly and willing to help. Asked for a nice decoration to celebrate our vacation and received a sweet little box of chocolates along with a note from the manager. Cleanliness can be improved because the floor is sometimes still dirty even after housekeeping. They also didn’t clean the second floor at all for the entire duration of our stay. Location is about a 15-minute walk to Clarke Quay Central / MRT, which makes town and most other attractions easily accessible. Might be inconvenient if carrying heavy luggage. Overall pleasant and I wouldn’t mind returning :)

Very clean conveniently located right on orchard road. Staff were great and prompt with service request. Shopping belt atyour doorstep and all the good food. There's even a 24 hour Cafe below outside the hotel. Great value for money. Would definitely book here again!

The first room that we were given smelt of damp quite badly- probably because of the bathroom as the wood had rotted on the door frame. We called the reception who was very helpful and immediately gave us a different room. The service was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite indeed. The room itself is quite dated which is why the hotel is getting renovated; this was mentioned by the hotel staff when we checked in- didn't bother us too much as the renovation started at 9am daily. Location is very very good. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the location. It is also next to Funan shopping mall so it is very handy for buying things-there is a decent food court and supermarket. A 15 minute or so walk to Marina Sand Bay too! Look forward to seeing it when it is fully renovated!

A hotel past its prime for what it was marketed for. Pros: • hotel has Sentosa feeder Bus A and B right outside and a free shuttle bus to Beach Station and Vivo City • scored an early check-in on a Friday morning with bath tub. Thank you! • the pool came with balls, hoops and a mini goalpost. What we felt could improve: • they were marketed as kids friendly hotel where kids are also allowed to participate in the check-in process (many local reviews highlighted that). However, we saw none of that happening despite a really low-volume crowd. There was nobody behind me in the queue. And of the many times we passed by reception, the kids friendly ladder stool was a white elephant, and we did not see any kids checking-in. • did not see any of the mini hotelier program happening. • the pool’s anti-slip mats were really grimy. It’s pretty gross and you could see green algae forming on some parts of it 🤢. Not to mention the grime also makes it less anti-slip. • the “lazy river” is barely lazy at all? There were no tubes available to laze around in the river as marketed. What we saw though were guests using life buoys which were quickly taken away by the pool staff. Why call it a lazy river when you walk through it? It’s yet another white elephant. • the hotel breakfast is nothing much to shout about. The hash brown was oily and not crispy at all at early 8am! The nan was cold. Skip it if you don’t need the convenience. • hotel wifi was not stable enough to cast shows from the iPad to the tv. Only local channels were available. Think I was gullible to believe the receptionist that if I signed up for email promotions, I’d get more stable wifi LOL. What a lie. The hotel is very comfy and clean! The room does not feel small and really enough space for 2. The minibar in the room were free too! The location of the hotel was near the mrt station and plaza singapura. Will definitely come back!
