Good Hotel Appreciate Service Friendly Staff Welcoming Guest is precious

The room was nice. But the gym are small. Also, I was confirmed I can stay at the same room during my check in as I have separated two bookings. The next day morning I need to rush for packing my luggage to change my room to the next flat. Bad experience.

The staff, namely Andy, those who helped us shift the breakfast into the sheltered area, the staff who delivered the room service items, went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with warmth and professionalism. The rooms themselves were a highlight—stylish, modern, and impeccably designed. Each room had a unique, artistic touch that reflected the vibrant spirit of Indigo hotels. The attention to detail was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities. Overall, Hotel Indigo Katong offers a perfect blend of comfort, chic design, and outstanding service. Our stay at Hotel Indigo was great. The check-in time was at 3 pm but the receptionist let us check-in at 2:40 pm. The room was very big and there were two toilets which was convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the TV had nice channels like Cartoon Network which my kids loved. The sofa was soft and comfy too. The hotel was also near East Coast and my kids had a fun time there. There were also many malls and restaurants near the hotel which was extremely convenient for us. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Check-in Experience: Check-in was smooth, and we were pleased to find that our request for connected rooms—a 2 Twin Beds Standard and a King Bed Standard—was accommodated promptly by the friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the Peranakan theme of the hotel. They were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities that suited our needs. Having connected rooms was particularly convenient for our family stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was included, we found it to be average compared to other offerings we've experienced at similar hotels. The variety was somewhat limited, and the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. Service and Facilities: The hotel staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, added to our overall enjoyment. Overall Impression: Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong provided a pleasant stay with its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and attentive service. While the breakfast could be improved, the connected rooms and ambiance of the hotel made up for it.

Love the decoration and very thoughtful furnishings. The cookie ice cream at the lobby is great, the complimentary sweets and coffee are great. Service is awesome too. A real hidden gem

Great location! 5 minutes from the Metro. It is like being in a village in the heart of the city with small boutiques all around you, many interesting restaurants and very friendly people.

No king size bed even remarked ahead of time and we were already there long enough before the official check in time to request. I felt I was treated differently because I made my reservation from Ctrip instead of their official website. Very poor experience

My family loves hotel indigo. It is prestigious especially best for a night with a view of the city.

I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Indigo Singapore. From the reception to the room facilities, everything was top-notch. The tidiness and amenities were excellent, and the quality of the breakfast was outstanding. I will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo Singapore again in the future. The location is conveniently situated midway between the airport and downtown, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. I have booked this hotel for multiple times, it's location and service are really good.

located at Katong. Not close to MTR station But there are several shopping malls nearby, it is easy to eat and shopping. The design of toilet and bath is not user friendly.

The location is good if you are planning to explore the east side of Singapore. Hotel Indigo is situated just beside the newly opened Marine Parade MRT. The room is quite unique as it features quite a fair bit of Peranakan elements, but the room size is not very big. Hotel staff are mostly friendly and warm but the experience could be perfect if not for the 1 front office staff who did not greet us when we approached for checked in.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay, highlighted by friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a convenient location perfect for exploring the area.
