Nice area Arab street. 10 minutes walk to the metro. Digital check-in can be a bit challenging but the communcation with Andrew, Ryan and Shannen makes it easier. Room very small but functional. The laundry option is a plus! :)

The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes away from Bugis MRT station. There are Sultan Mosque and Haji Lane nearby, which are very close, only one or two streets away. The hotel is fully self-service, and there is no front desk staff to check in and check out manually. You need to download the hotel's own app, follow the instructions to fill in basic information to check in and get an electronic key, and the phone will become a room door card after the check-in. You need to swipe the card with your phone to enter the hotel, get on the elevator and open the room. Check out and just click the check-out button. If you want to contact the hotel staff, you need to use the WhatsApp chat tool. If you don't have an account or a Chinese phone cannot be registered, it will be more difficult to contact the staff, which may not be very convenient. Our stay was great! The location was incredibly convenient, with the Sultan Mosque, numerous restaurants, and souvenir shops just a short walk away. The Bugis subway station is also nearby ~10 min walk, making it easy to explore the city.
We booked a loft with a balcony, which was enough space for two people. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the AC was a lifesaver given Singapore's hot climate. While we didn't use the balcony as much as we'd hoped due to the heat, it was a nice touch.
The staff was outstanding! Shannen, Andrew, and Jarwin deserve special recognition for their helpfulness, professionalism and friendly demeanor.
Communication with the hotel was excellent. All interactions happened through WhatsApp, with clear instructions provided before check-in. Any questions we had were answered promptly.
The free laundry service was a pleasant bonus, and being able to leave our luggage until 6 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in assisting you with digital check in. THUMB UP!

Great value for money in a nice neighbourhood and despite having a room with no windows, I enjoyed my stay. Would prefer a normal key card instead the hustle with the app.

Pretty good stay. Now value Heritage Collections over similar type hotels like ST Signature. Always near to major attractions, eateries and convenient for me to go for meetings. Only issue for this is the lack of a suitable chair in the room to work. But they did try to look for one, and it kind of fitted into the tight space. Other than that, their staff are very responsive with my requests and concerns. Would stay at their outlets again.
