The trip.com app gave a message to call the hotel before checking in, when I called I asked "can I choose a room when checking in then the receptionist/operator said "yes" then when I checked in it turned out I couldn't because it was full, then I said when I called he said "you can choose" then the receptionist replied "you can only stay for 1 night" 🙂↕️😓
The reception said breakfast for 1 person, even though the room I booked was for 3 people with breakfast (it was written clearly) then they said they would call the room in the morning but there was no news 😮💨
