Maybe because the water maintenance happened to be over, so I couldn't use the water because it was so dirty. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel and not been able to take a shower. The water had been turned on for hours until I wanted to sleep but it still came out dirty. The sink faucet was also broken, I complained but it wasn't fixed. The positive thing is that the room is clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The hotel staff is also friendly.

Book a room with a deluxe double bed type and ask for a room with a smoking room, it was not available, instead they provided a twin room, the information was that the beds could be combined and had been combined but when I was in the room the beds had not been combined so I had to wait again even though my arrival time was at 14.30 (already 30 minutes past the check-in schedule which should have been at 14.00) Then asked to be upgraded to a business type room.
