I rarely write reviews of hotels on Ctrip, but I feel it is necessary to write one about this hotel.
1. Poor service.
The hotel offers free parking. When we arrived at night, the parking lot was full of cars, leaving only two cars that could not open the door. The cars on the left and right were not parked properly. I was afraid of being bumped into. When I hesitated to park, I saw a person wearing the uniform of the hotel security guard, so I asked where else I could park. The staff asked us if we would pay him. If we paid him, we could park. We said we didn't need valet parking, but just asked where else we were allowed to park. The person would not even turn his head away. Then we could only go in and ask the front desk, who passed the buck and told us to find a spot in the parking lot.
In addition, the front desk girl was indifferent during the few days we stayed there. No matter what we asked, they could not do anything. This attitude was only for us. All foreigners who came in and out were greeted warmly.
2. Safety issues
We booked a hotel for two nights. The next morning, I was changing clothes. The cleaning lady knocked on the door for 2 seconds and came in directly. When she saw someone inside, she asked if we needed to clean it. If we wanted to, hang the sign on the door. It's scary to think about it. The door was locked and the staff with the door card could open it directly.
3. Poor hygiene and facilities
The corners of the bathroom shower room were dirty and yellow, and there were stains on the table from the previous guest's food. The button on the wall of the flush toilet sank when pressed, and the toilet kept leaking. The double bed was two single beds put together. Although it is like this in Europe, because it is not fixed by a bed frame, the mattress slides away when a person turns over to the middle side. It is better to have two separate single beds. There is no kettle, no water, nothing in the room. Water is sold at 2 euros a bottle from the vending machine downstairs. I don't know if I asked too much for an economy hotel of more than 800 yuan a night, but I have traveled to more than 50 countries and this price-performance ratio is unmatched.
4. Rigid policies.
I have encountered so many unpleasant things on the first day of staying in this hotel. The experience is too bad and I want to check out early and change places. When booking, I paid more money to buy a cancellation. The cancellation time is before 12 noon on the day of check-in. At 8 o'clock the next morning, I asked Ctrip to coordinate with the supplier and went downstairs to coordinate with the front desk to cancel one night. The girl who came at that time said in a very bad attitude that we can't do anything without any application and coordination. I won't stop you from leaving, but the money won't be refunded.
The above is for everyone to decide.
