This is the best city hotel! I've finally found my favorite hotel in Alanya! ❤️ Upon arrival, we were given the option to choose from three rooms. We settled on building 4, a room with two bedrooms and a shared living room with a TV. It was a very spacious, clean, bright, and cozy room! The food at the hotel is excellent! Chef Ali is always in the restaurant and speaks Russian. The food is incredibly tasty and varied! For breakfast, there are eggs prepared three ways, pastries, and a wide variety of cheeses!!! Lunch and dinner always include grilled fish and various meats (chicken, turkey, lamb), two soups, a diet corner, two types of pasta, spaghetti, rice, potatoes, freshly baked pide with different fillings, açma, several hot dishes, fruits (apples, oranges, melon, watermelon, grapefruit), and many desserts. The hotel grounds are small but there's enough space for everyone. Building 4 has its own bar, pool, hammam, and gym. The main building has a fantastic pool and smaller ones for children. The staff are truly a gem and a highlight of this hotel! A special thank you to Veronika for her attention, understanding, help, and conversation! She's a wonderful person and a professional hotel employee! There's excellent animation three times a week! The hotel's location is perfect for city strolls. It's a quick 7-minute walk to the sea, but it's better to take your time and enjoy the beautiful city, making it a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. There's also a shuttle to the beach. Many cats live on the hotel grounds! Don't forget to feed some and definitely pet a few! Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a delicious, cozy vacation surrounded by pleasant people! We will definitely come back! 💗

Pros: 1. Very friendly manager, Vera 🙏🏻 2. Good location, a few minutes to the beach, stylish interior 3. Hotel restaurant, we had dinner once, it was very tasty and prices were pleasant 4. Private spa, the male masseur is very good 🙌🏻 5. Wi-Fi works excellent 6. The room has all amenities for cooking and washing 7. You can exchange currency at the hotel; the exchange rate is good, like in exchange offices Cons: 1. Very slow elevator 😁 2. Not very friendly female spa employee, I don't remember her name 3. The pool is small and uncomfortable, it looks better in photos I consider it an excellent option for a solo trip to the sea. The cons I listed are very minor. I am satisfied with my vacation, thanks to Vera for the hospitality 🤍

I liked the hotel. The room (after renovation) was given in the main building. Everything is in good condition. 800 steps to the beach. There is a shuttle service during the day. The food is decent. Chicken, turkey, fish are always served for lunch and dinner. Plenty of vegetables, fruits, salads... They even offer soup for breakfast! The staff is friendly. Many five-star hotels would envy such a level. Therefore, I recommend the hotel.

В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

Apart from one omelette making chef- whom lied wen asked and prioritised Turkish speaking guests over my order for considerable amount of time and very rude- this place was good. That experience alone killed my holiday vibes, all the staffs were very nice. I remember Istiaq Yeter- a waiter always so polite and friendly. The hotel is good place to stay just need to be consistent with training and practice

The hotel is new and clean, and our room for three was superb. The kids' entertainment wasn't the best, maybe because it was off-season. There was a lot of food, and much of it was delicious; I was stuffed!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

Очень понравился отель. Для своих 3 звёзды сервис на высшем уровне. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Чистота в номерах, уборка каждый день. Отдельно стоит отметить питание, шеф повар очень старается, такое разнообразное меню есть не во всех бюджетных пятёрках. Сладкий стол это всегда искусство! И самое главное вкусно! В этот отель хочется вернуться. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых.

Хорошее местоположение, своих денег отель стоит. Рекомендую.
