Location:
The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and it’s located in a quieter area of Alanya, which I appreciated. It’s also close to restaurants, small shops, and bus stops, making it easy to explore the town or head to the city center.
Rooms:
My room was clean and comfortable, with modern furniture and a balcony. While not overly spacious, it had everything I needed, including a good air conditioner, mini-fridge, and a decent bathroom. Some parts of the hotel could use a little refresh, but nothing major.

ООлеся ВладимировнаLast year it was better, they cut down a lot on the menu, there are no more cocktails in the bar (except for alcohol and cola), the room was a bit old, the Teodora building was newer, at night I was cold, I asked for a warm blanket, they no longer had it, only a waffle blanket, there were also no samples, there wasn’t even shampoo (I came for 3 days, of course I didn’t take it with me)

Rrajaa alhadadI really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

GGuest UserThis hotel offers one of the best sand beach and cuisine in Alanya-Antalya region with high Price/Quality level. Shore smooth and suitable for little kids. For us this is a major requirements and this hotel got 10/10 here. Rooms has a standard quality for most long-term stable turkish resorts. Hotel's staff and entertainments are also on high level. Guests are mostly from EU.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel put the blame on you that inside the program shows a reservation in theadore, but I have no information about this in the voucher
There are no bathrobes anywhere, Wi-Fi does not work from the word at all, be prepared to waste your Internet, there are practically no fruits, apple, oranges; season, fruits for money please🙈🙈🙈 In Mersin hotels 3 and 4 stars and that is, all seasonal berries and fruits
The balconies are dirty as if they never wash
The views are beautiful, the rest of the food is quite normal and tasty, but there is not enough variety for a 5
Thanks for the gozlume on the beach for free 😅😅they are very tasty

Пожелание - иметь в аптечке на ресепшен медицинский термометр. У ребенка поднялась температура, а в аптечке нет термометра. Убока номера каждый день (лебедей не делают, был веер). Рядом остановка, недалеко автовокзал. Приехали бы еще раз.

CCanselWe felt very comfortable in the hotel and the location is really perfect. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and kiosks nearby and the hotel is 100m from the beach. It is also about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The spa area is also really good and you can book great massages and a hammam. The food is very varied and OK. Really optimal for the price. All the staff were super nice and very accommodating. The room is a bit small, we would have liked to have had towels in the bathroom for washing our hands, which we missed. The pool times were also very limited, but overall everything was really nice.

GGuest UserЗа свои деньги (100 долларов на пятерых) отлично. Есть 2 небольшие горки в бассейне. Еда на любителя. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтами. Просите номер с окнами во двор, рядом с отелем кафешка, в которой были завывания под бубен до часу ночи! Персонал ничего с этим не может поделать, говорит, что якобы закон позволяет. Но предложили поменять номер

food 2/10 they need to really improve on food , its fine having plain food but some sauces to maybe add extra flavour, was really bland and menu was repetitive , it can be boring the same menu, we arrived late at night and there should be service for late night for customers who arrive late at the resort .
everyone tries to sell things to you SPA, or excursions as well , it can be a bit over kill.
Apart from that lovely place, location, service.
