It was nice experience during my business trip to hotel in October, where in hospitality of reception staff was excellent and room service by Mr. Aizaz was very cordial. Food was very delicious, specially mirchi korma and kabab. I got some packed snd took for my family at delhi .Keep it up.

Location of the Hotel is awesome just opposite to Dal Lake. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay with special thanks to Mr. Imtiyaz. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Great experience at the hotel! Excellent service from Zakir, and the restaurant manager, Younis Reshi, was very accommodating. Zakir Ah is a very humble and supportive person. I Had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The service from Zakir was excellent—very attentive and professional. The restaurant manager, Younis Reshi, was accommodating and ensured we had a great dining experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the ambiance was relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!"

I had to urgently go to Kashmir for a Business Meeting and I stayed at the Welcome Hotel Located near Dal lake. The location is very beautiful. I was impressed by the Staff they were very knowledgeable and kind. When i went there I faced some baggage problems initially but Housekeeping Manager Aquib quickly helped me in resolving it. Fasil Khan was allotted as my room service and he was quick and very kind to me during my stay . I highly recommend everyone visiting Srinagar to stay at the Welcome Hotel You won't be disappointed!!

I recently visited Srinagar, Kashmir, I stayed at Welcome hotel during my stay in Srinagar. It was a great experience. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative , especially Housekeeping Manager Mr Aquib . Room service fast and hassle free credit goes to Fasil Khan. Overall I was highly satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it !!

The staff was very friendly. The extra bed were really comfortable! Not like the other hotels I have Been too. The food was good and had an excellent veriety. I was really impressed by the effort and efficiency of the staff and workers! And mr. Aijaz and the manager mr. Masroor were especially helpful! Overall, DEFINITELY recommend for first timers visiting!

Nicely located at Dal Lake , this hotel provides ideal location to visit at Srinagar . Well maintained with spacious rooms . Quality and menu is also good. The hotel staff is very cooperative and takes care of your requirements . Pricing was also quite competitive . We stayed for 2N and are pretty happy .

"Welcome Hotel" the name of the hotel is is true in every sense of it.Kashmir is a tourist destination to be explored in every season ,we have been visiting Kashmir at least once every year and Welcome Hotel is like a second home in the Valley. The hotel will give you a warm feeling as you enter with the all wooden interiors of the huge reception area. The views from the hotel are amazing of the Dal and the mountains around.Special mention for the food ,the restaurant serves the best veg and non veg food I think available in Srinagar do not miss eating most of your meals at the hotel. Note: Important to mention that without good service at the hotel you cannot enjoy any holiday. The reception staff of the hotel special mention Mr Innayat ,Mr Imtiaz (he has all the knowledge a tourist needs) and Mr Masroor (the ever smiling person & warm person, we have a developed a special bond with him) also the housekeeping and other services staff are all polite and helpful. A big thanks to the Hotel Management to make all our holidays special.
