Best for the price and the best part is the heating system very good and my special thanks to front desk Mr.imtiyaz very polite and help regarding my booking and very tasty buffet breakfast and their resturant service over very good location

One of the best experience in welcome hotel and location is infront of dal lake. Imtiyaz is really good host and take care of everything for us.I would definitely suggest this hotel if someone is planning to stay in srinagar. No one will regret to stay in welcome hotel.

Imtiyaz has been a wonderful person! Not just as a host but also as a human who helped us during a medical emergency as well during the vacation… can’t thank him enough… lovely property with good food. This is a must visit if you are looking for good place with excellent dependability

Hotel experience was truely exquisite in every way, people were welcoming and polite, special mentions to Dawar and Imtiyaz for handeling all the queries effortlessly. The restaurant experience was divine as, kudos to imtiyaz, zakir and zaihd.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our Kashmir trip in December 2024, and this was the most comfortable stay during the entire trip. The rooms are basic but clean, with an amazing view of Dal Lake, especially at night. Their central heating system is AMAZING and very much needed in Srinagar as it gets really cold at night. You feel cozy once inside the room/hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Imtiyaz (Front Desk Executive) for his amazing hospitality and assistance during our trip! He is reliable, knowledgeable, gave good suggestions, and helped us with the bookings. Truly appreciate his guidance and support during our stay in Srinagar. Please connect with Mr. Imtiyaz if you need any assistance with your Kashmir trip. Next comes the amazing kitchen staff. Everyone at the restaurant was warm, courteous, and welcoming. We were greeted and catered to by Mr. Irshad Mir ***** with his colleagues Imtiyaz Sheikh, Arif, Zahid, and Zakir. All in all, we had a good and comfortable stay, and we will definitely stay again! Best service, rooms are excellent, staff is wonderful, Imtiyaz on front desk is very understanding, cooperative and helpful. Hotel is at excellent location, you get everything nearby. Food was excellent and worth the price. Room cleaning staff did a fabulous job during my stay.

Nestled by the picturesque a dal lake , welcome hotel in Srinagar garners high marks for its cleanliness and well -maintained accomodations.
