Yvan and all the staff were so amazing and friendly, very high standard of service. Although it was raining but made the experience more exciting, the accommodation was very clean and is a amazing alternative to camping with a very comfortable bed

What an incredible place to be. A true peace of heaven on earth. Great staff, amazing manager and only good vibes. Will stay here again. They can book the tours for you and they even let me park my car behind a fence when I already checked out. Thank you Yvonne!

I was thoroughly impressed. We stayed in the area with the nice tents. The communal areas were well-kept and clean. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful when we needed them. We stayed in tent 3 and enjoyed the shade during the summer heat. Our tent was lovely. The only thing that was slightly irritating was the towels, although I am being picky by stating this. They were clean and new, but seemingly didn't absorb any water at all after use. Other than that, the stay was lovely. The location is also very central and handy.

We loved it here! From the moment we stepped in we felt at home. The rooms were absolutely clean with the staff being diligent and helpful in all kinds of ways. Loved the harmonious moments and peaceful nights. Your location is perfect everything in arm's length lol, restaurants, garage, shops, beach. Everything was just epic. Would come there thousand times again given a chance. Kindly ensure the guest adhere to the rules of no noise specially when they decide to come with babies, had a slight bit of a disturbance with babies crying non-stop.

First glance the staff and accommodation was amazing, area was kept clean the whole visit, neat and tidy. The bahroom facilities were very poor, cold showers with almost no water when more than 1 person is showering. The parking was a disaster, there was "Apparently " 72 people at the accommodation, but parking for only 10 vehicles. Management was very rude and unprofessional. Bullied by Management, who changed the rules like it suited her.

We had the best time! , even extended our stay for another week . Yvonne and every single member of her staff were fantastic - friendly and attentive to all our needs . Everything- kitchen , bathrooms , entertainment area , tents - were kept super clean and tidy . Beautiful gardens , trees and flowers . Thank you! Hope to see you again . Highly recommended!

Excellent service, Yvonne is a star! She went above and beyond for her guests. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed the entertainment area . All our needs were met with a smile . Will definitely see you again and recommend to all our friends .

I had an amazing stay at Urban Glamping Tents! The tents were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Yvonne, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home—her friendliness and attention to detail truly stood out. Everything about our stay was so accommodating, making it a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Have stayed at Urban Glamping twice now, both times was a very nice experience. Once you walk through into the main lodge area, you feel like you are in the Bush, which is very tranquil. The luxury tents are large, clean and comfortable. The kitchens are well equipped and tidy. The facilities are well maintained. Overall great place and great value for money.
