GGuest UserIt looks like your home in Florida. Total freedom to enter and leave, home and family environment, looks more like a condominium. The room is actually an apartment with room, kitchen, room, balcony and bathroom.
The pool is charming and the staff is super-cool.
The Campeche beach is quiet and still offers numerous leisure options.
Moreover, it is still close to the airport and with less chances of getting bottlenecks.
I hope to come back.

Only an inconvenient check-in process that you will learn when you arrive was problematic. When booking through the platform, the check-in letter does not come

MMoliMoliThe best is the cleaning and friendliness of the staff in general.
The location is good, but the environment is very noisy.
The facial recognition system needed to launch the lift is quite uncomfortable, especially if several people use it at the same time
It is not an independent hotel, it is located in a kind of shopping centre and for breakfast you need to take a long trip to a cake shop that is at the entrance of the centre.
The breakfast is not very varied. You can make it much better if you want to use the shared kitchen that is on the latest floor. For me that kitchen has been the best of the hotel.

GGuest UserGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. You can walk to the center of Florianópolis with safety and ease. What left you to wish was the conditions of the facilities! Bedroom, fridge, good old furniture. Lençol, dressers, covers, towels ... well swept. The cleaning was bad in the look of the gardens with moof, the bathroom, though old, was regularly cleaned. Simply breakfast, but I found it tasteful. It was good in terms of cost and benefit.
