The front desk wanted to upgrade a room in the off-season. There was a team to stay. I still wanted to be quiet. Aershan is a European-style building. The unique loft style is available. The space is OK. I live alone. It is clean, quiet and I am more used to it.

The advantage of off-season travel is that the boss takes the initiative to upgrade the room, and the service attitude is very good, will help take the luggage upstairs, the needs can be met as much as possible. The appearance of the hotel does not look very new, but the inside is very clean and hygienic, spend the least money, live in the most comfortable hotel, it is recommended!

The guesthouse is ideally located within Arxan National Forest Park, making it convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, a separate shower and toilet, disposable toiletries, disposable towels, and ample clothes racks. The guesthouse has its own restaurant serving delicious home-style dishes. Breakfast includes freshly made buns, porridge, soy milk, eggs, steamed buns, and pickled vegetables – all very tasty. I especially loved the pickled vegetables. The unfrozen river is just a five-minute walk from the guesthouse; the scenery of the forest and river is breathtaking. The owner is very welcoming and hospitable. I didn't take photos of the room, but you can refer to the official pictures; it's exactly the same as the actual room. I did take a picture of the owner's dog, Doubao, which is so cute. In conclusion, the guesthouse offers excellent value for money and is an excellent choice for visiting Arxan. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I wish the owner great success in their business.

Location: 5 minutes from Aershan Railway Station, right in the city center, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery at night standing by the window! Service: The front desk is super enthusiastic. I have been thinking about pouring water to turn it into ice, and finally it happened. The girl at the front desk helped me boil water several times. B&B environment: Very clean. Although the bedding is not as smooth as that of a big hotel, at least it can be seen that it is changed after every guest!

The owner and her family are really great. The room was neat and clean, and since we arrived early, we were able to pick a room with a mountain view outside the window. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we had to check out a day early. The owner processed our refund without any fuss, which we really appreciate.

The hotel has convenient transportation, relatively new facilities, and good health conditions. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small. There is no bottled drinking water in the room, there is no air conditioning (should not be used in summer), and there is no heating. I asked the landlady and she said there were electric blankets, but I didn't find any. It snowed and cooled down the day we stayed, so it was still a bit cold. I hope I can be prepared in the future.

The landlady was very considerate and wanted to buy some mushrooms for my dad to take home. She said she hadn’t come down yet and would buy them later. After playing in the evening, she reminded her repeatedly to turn on the heating blanket, and she slept very comfortably at night. Since the children couldn’t drink local water, , the proprietress lent us her hot water bottle to heat water for the elderly and children. Although they are small things, they are very attentive and thoughtful. You can see the ice-free river from the room

The hotel itself is very basic but it's normal in the country. The position is great, very close to the platform from where buses leave to go to the Park's attractions. Also there's a supermarket and several restaurants around. Don't get scared if you don't find anyone at the reception, there's a telephone number, and when they show up, they are very helping and easygoing. No one speaks English but no one does in that area.

The staff was really nice and helpful! The location was great. It was the only option affordable for backpackers. That’s great! The room was small with no window but it was alright. The only thing that can be a problem if you stay long term is that there is no access to a shower with this room. You only have access to a toilet. (Some people smoke in there so it smells really bad)

The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. even they are old and we are foreigner, we still trying to understand each other. They upgraded our rooms for free. Room is great, warm and the hot water always available.
