"To save the hour-plus drive from the city center to the Forest Park, we decided to stay near the Tianchi Service Area, and it turned out to be such a wise decision. Every staff member, from the front desk to the security guard at the door, was incredibly polite. Whatever we needed, they provided it immediately and efficiently. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent. This is the best hotel in the Tianchi Service Area, bar none!"

"Facilities: The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities and an intelligent system. I didn't use the public hot springs, but soaked twice in the private hot spring pool in the courtyard, which was wonderful. Cleanliness: Both indoor and outdoor areas were impeccably clean; I was very satisfied. Environment: The rooms have a unique and stylish design, very beautiful and comfortable. The surrounding area is surrounded by mountains and forests, making it very tranquil. Service: The service was attentive. The concierge, Ms. Ma Rongrong, warmly picked us up and dropped us off in the hotel shuttle bus when we went out and returned. We were very grateful to her. In addition, the hotel breakfast was very plentiful."

"This hotel is newly opened and fully equipped; I think it's the best hotel in town. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and plenty of takeout options. There's a gym and laundry room on the second floor; the washing machines and dryers are new and clean, so clothes can be dried and worn the next day. Breakfast is on the first floor and is quite plentiful, with many stir-fried dishes, bread, porridge, freshly cooked noodles, freshly poached eggs, and the fresh milk is especially delicious. The hotel service deserves the most praise; the manager and staff are very friendly and remind us of things like speed limits and bringing a jacket for hiking. At check-out, they thoughtfully provided us with bread and water for the road. Five stars! I would recommend it to friends."

Homeinn Aifeel Hotel (Arxan Shengquan Plaza)

"Opened in June this year, and renovated last year, so there was no unpleasant smell. The rooms were a bit small. The staff were quite attentive, helping me choose a room and readily accepting my feedback. We finally settled on a quiet room overlooking the river. The hotel is very convenient, located at the end of Shengquan Xueji Pedestrian Street, with a parking lot inside. There are also many restaurants nearby. I was quite satisfied, so I booked another night. The breakfast was also very good, with lamb offal soup and milk tea – quite tasty."
