GGuest UserThe Heilan Group is so developed, but they don't even provide basic napkins and conditioner. The slippers are also of poor quality. Shouldn't a double bed in a hotel have four pillows? Why are there only two? I don't like to put towels on top of the toilet because I feel they will be infected with bacteria from sanitary napkins.
