The sanitation is spotless, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is very comfortable to take a bath, the details are particularly good, and the living is very safe. After informing the hotel front desk of the station time, the boss waited outside the platform a few minutes in advance and informed the parking location. The room and the promotional picture are correct. It should be newly renovated. All facilities are very new. The toiletries and other items provided are comparable to high-end hotels. The sanitation is very clean, and there is always a faint jasmine fragrance in the room. When I checked out, I forgot to ask what freshener I used. The main price is not expensive and the price is very high.

YYuyanjiageidejinshuiThis trip is to Qianjiang to participate in the marathon healthy running with the classmates, and stayed at the City Convenience Hotel (Qianjiang City Government Store). First of all, let me talk about the advantages:
1. Good location, more food around, close to Hubei Long Exhibition Hall;
2. The service is very good. I booked it more than half a month in advance. The front desk helped coordinate the room, arrange parking spaces, recommend food. The hotel originally opened breakfast at 7 o'clock, because the ”submersible horse” opened breakfast at 6:30 in advance, which was great; I also took a look at the room when I checked in.
And the disadvantages:
1. The room is very not soundproof. The people outside the corridor and the people in the next room can hear very clearly (forgot to wear earplugs). Fortunately, there are no noisy people after 24 o'clock in the evening;
2. The windows of the double room are facing inward (the windows of the twin room are not bad);
3. No shoe polishing cloth;
4. The room type of the big bed room is not much different.
The overall software service is very good, the hardware service is not good.

早上趕時間去餐廳，很禮貌的問她趕時間能不能拿打包盒裝兩份早餐帶走，因為房間本身定的帶雙早的。
她在煎荷包蛋，頭都不抬大聲説不許打包，我説我趕時間啊，她説沒有盒子，你要就抓幾個，全程她都趾高氣昂很大聲，我説我拿什麼抓你不給個盒子袋子我，我拿手抓啊，她説拿杯子，我説杯子在哪呢，也不不理我。
我就來氣了，問她什麼態度，有沒有這樣跟客人説話的，她倒還更大聲了説我講話聲音大，真是搞笑吧，我是被她氣到不行了，認識到跟她講理講不通，我説你大聲我還不能大聲了，我付錢了我是顧客，她居然大喊你付錢了怎麼了你是上帝啊？
我説你叫什麼名字，我要投訴你，她很拽説你去投訴去。
回房間我打電話前台投訴她，要求她來跟我道歉，結果是前台小妹買了一堆早點來賠禮，很明顯酒店治理不了她，她是個犟種。
入住期間接觸幾個工作人員都滿正常的，就那個餐廳的女的像***的，早上吃了炸葯了。這種人怎麼能幹服務行業呢？還放在餐飲崗位？哪個保證她****不會做出什麼無聊無理的**舉動？
酒店一定要對這種人進行嚴厲懲罰，這哪裡是工作人員，像皇太后。
