It was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside. Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

Yes, it's very close to the river and the night view is nice. The hotel is also new. When the air conditioner is turned on, it is still cold enough on hot days. The bed is big and comfortable Soundproofing means you can't hear the traffic on the road outside the window Curtains are good for blocking out the light so you can sleep peacefully The laundry room has only one washing and drying unit. Go to the back alley and there is a table tennis table. There are also parking spaces in the open space in front of the hotel. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow.

My stay here was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Plenty of hot water, stable Wi-Fi, and good soundproofing too. The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Excellent value for money. They don't just go through the motions; you can really feel their genuine care. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Located halfway up the mountain, the roadside is lined with plants, giving it a secluded paradise feel. It's only a 10-minute walk from the seafood market, which is very convenient. The room is clean and odor-free, and the landlady is very welcoming. The lychee tree in front of the door is full of lychees. If you go a month later, you can taste the fresh ones, haha!

Everything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

The overall environment is okay, and the neighborhood is not noisy. Even though the duplex apartment is forced to be divided into two rooms, it is a bit humorous. The door to my room leads to the stairs. But when you get up there, it’s pretty much the same as advertised in the pictures. I didn’t take pictures of the inside, but the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

The location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen. 5/5 - no complaints.

On a business trip, Jiangmen went to Shangchuan Island on the way, I stayed at the hotel smoothly along the way, A person rented a small electric car slowly and visited half the island, There is delicious seafood in the hotel, the weight is still very large, The barbecue restaurant next to it is also very good, The beach is cleaner and not crowded compared to other places, I really like the simplicity of most of the island or the natives.
