MM496077****I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at this time. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and professional, gentle, and approachable. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, very close to the central commercial street. The front desk recommended a night market popular with locals, which is only a few yuan away by taxi. The hotel was also very clean and tidy, and the room facilities were very complete, with all the necessary daily necessities. The restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious, and the selection was very diverse. The service was efficient, and the rooms were spacious, well-ventilated, and well-lit. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay here again when visiting Meihekou. I highly recommend it to everyone.

而且再次查看詳情頁，發現“雙床房a”在圖片裏是外窗，也沒有像“雙床房”標註了窗户較小（我沒訂“雙床房”房型就是因為看到了窗户小的標註），但是實際給我開的房間根本不能算圖片裏這種大外窗！！是一個很小的、衹能通過一個拐彎的平台才能連接到外窗的小窗户！！
現在感覺是被酒店坑大發了，就算你們覺得那種拐彎抹角的窗户也算是外窗，我覺得應該在詳情頁明確告訴消費者有可能遇到堪比無窗的mini外窗。

住宿中間要了一次礦泉水，如果你家不能免費多要水可以明説付多少錢，不用在我打電話的時候，第一次裝傻告訴我桌上有，我眼睛難道瞎嗎看不到這麼點空間裏放的水？叫酒店服務就是喝完了➕沒空出門➕省事省時間，付費也可以，兩瓶礦泉水又沒多少錢，非得讓人再直説一次想要水是吧？溝通成本特別高，而且真的很煩這種裝傻充愣的説話。

反正這次入住體驗特別差。新開業的硬件倒是還可以，但是整個服務真是匪夷所思，從來沒遇到過前台這麼離譜的服務，你家是對所有第一次來的顧客都敢逼着下app嗎？？還是覺得我是軟柿子不會生氣啊？？？？？？？
唯一算好的體驗就是給我延時了一個小時，但是注意不是他們主動提的，是我在前台一直站着，手機被他們拿着幹這幹那，氣的受不了才決定張嘴要點福利。答應的還挺痛快，這點算是還不錯，但是不要覺得你們給我延時一小時退房是多大的恩惠，如果沒有前台拿着手機為難我很久，我也不會張嘴要這一個小時的延時服務🥲。
