The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Manager Wang, who was incredibly attentive and proactive in offering assistance. It was truly heartwarming!"

"Extremely dissatisfied. The newly opened hotel has terrible soundproofing. The rooms are also very small. The bathroom, in particular, smelled awful – like stinky feet. They wouldn't let me get a refund after I booked. I finally fell asleep, and then they started renovations again at 8 AM. The electric drills were deafening. This is a terrible hotel; the good reviews must be fake."

"I'm so angry! Such a big hotel doesn't even have housekeeping at night! I checked in, rested for a bit, and then went out for dinner. I asked the front desk to clean the room, and they told me there was no housekeeping at night, only a security guard. They said they'd send someone up to clean it for me. When I got back, the sheets and blankets hadn't been changed, and the used towels were still there. Is this what they call cleaning a room? I'm furious! I've never encountered anything like this on any business trip. If they can't afford housekeeping, they shouldn't be running a hotel."

This was really great; unlike some hotels that are very particular about every little detail. Cleanliness: The hygiene was pretty good, with basically no flaws. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"Although the regular Hanting Hotels are a bit to basic for me, the Hanting Premium Hotels, like this particular one, are really a very reliable and well recognised brand. This one does not disappoint. The rooms at the Hanting Premium Hotel Tonghua are superb in it's category with full amenities and smart design. The location in itself is moderately strategic with being a 15 minutes walk to either the malls or the riverside. The major drawback is this hotel's immediate surroundings which are very disappointing. The hotel itself is located in a decrepit distribution centre which also has plastic and paper recycling shops around. There is garbage everywhere, it's pitch dark at night and the huge parking area is pretty seedy with huge trucks parked around. One would wish this excellent property was located a few blocks down the road in a smarter environment."

Wangchunshan Xiyue Hot Spring Hotel
"Early this morning, I wrote this review in anger. Objectively speaking, the environment was nice, the hotel design was excellent, and it was indeed beautiful with the autumn colors. However! The overall hotel management was a complete mess. From check-in, they gave us the wrong room, and the front desk even directed our car to drive on the sidewalk and across a wooden bridge. Room cleaning was extremely slow. The room had been used as a wedding room the day before, and the "double happiness" decorations hadn't been cleaned. Because we were extending our stay, we asked the staff to clean the room at 10 am, and the front desk readily agreed. However, after repeated reminders at 3 pm, the room wasn't cleaned. The cleaning process wasn't exactly unprofessional, but it was downright haphazard. Two women, probably locals who had just finished husking corn, came and cleaned very slowly. They even forgot to change the toilet paper. The door was open the entire time, allowing many flies and insects to fly in. The remnants of yesterday's wedding fireworks on the lawn outside the hotel stayed with us until we left, and no one cleaned them up. The hotel claims it's not officially open yet and lacks staff, but since it opened during the National Day holiday with increased prices, why should consumers have to endure such a terrible experience? It's unbelievable that a company under China Resources could be managed like this. Upon further inquiry, it was revealed that the local operating company in Tonghua was handling the matter. Hopefully, the hotel will improve in the future. After the opening of the Chenbai High-Speed Railway, I don't want tourists from the south who come specifically for the stunning scenery to see such jaw-dropping service."

From the outside, its unique architectural style and warm-toned exterior walls stand out beautifully against the backdrop of the pristine white snow, as if warmly welcoming every guest. Stepping inside, the spacious and bright lobby is exquisitely decorated yet elegant, with soft lighting that instantly puts you at ease. The staff are friendly and courteous, providing attentive service that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with soft beds and clean bathrooms; every detail reflects high quality. Moreover, being right at the ski resort entrance makes getting around extremely convenient, eliminating the need to brave the cold and saving considerable time and energy, allowing guests to fully enjoy the fun of skiing. I must say, this hotel right at the ski resort entrance is truly wonderful!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, next to Wanda and a large shopping mall. It does not provide breakfast, but there is a small breakfast shop nearby which is very convenient. The room facilities are complete, but when I woke up in the morning, I found that the quilt inside the quilt was a bit dirty. The most important thing is that it is pet-friendly, which is really good"

"Ruipin Hotel has a great location, very close to Wanda Plaza, Middle East Plaza, and Eurasia Plaza, all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and snack shops nearby, making dining very convenient. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors and excellent soundproofing. The beds are super comfortable. The smart home system is very convenient; you can easily turn the lights on and off by asking Xiao Ai (Xiaomi's AI assistant). I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time."
