Several questions
1. The management of midnight snacks is chaotic. I personally experienced that at the beginning, a family directly grabbed all the meals. I was speechless. I informed the front desk and they said that new midnight snacks would be available in a few minutes. In fact, I waited for more than 20 minutes (the takeaways ordered separately arrived)
2 The management is loose, there is no parking zone at the door, and parking is allowed at will. This is a glimpse of the whole situation.
3 As a so-called non-smoking area, they don't care about guests smoking in the corridor, and the customer service staff opened the door for the guests and watched the guests smoking at the door without any supervision. The corridor was full of smoke. This level of management is rare.
In short, as an ordinary hotel for a tourist destination, there is no problem. The advantage of a chain is that it guarantees basic needs. It's okay to have expectations. What else can you expect from a chain hotel?

MM268147****This hotel was a great choice for a road trip during the National Day holiday. The location is excellent, parking is plentiful, and the service is friendly. There's even a dedicated staff member to help with luggage. The hotel has comprehensive facilities and a beautiful decor. I even happened to see a wedding being held there, and the venue was beautifully decorated. It feels like a great place for locals to hold a banquet. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the breakfast attendant on the third floor enthusiastically introduced the local cuisine, showing the local hospitality! It was a wonderful conversation, hahaha. Since I didn't want to drive, the front desk on the first floor even helped with taxi service. Overall, it was a great choice for a stay! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip!

MM476402****We communicated in advance and reserved a twin room with a courtyard. We arrived early and normally check-in is at two o'clock. However, seeing that we had a baby with us, they helped us clean up the room and check in in advance. It was so considerate. It really felt like a vacation and the schedule was not tight. It’s so impressive to know the prices in Bukchon based on your own needs! Nothing is expensive! Looking forward to coming back next time it blooms!

DDaochukankan666Would not recommend staying at this hotel. First of all, the location is more than 20 kilometers away from the city. Secondly, the overall service awareness is not good, especially the little girls at the front desk. They don't care about customer evaluations, so they are very slack in their work. There is no water in the free welcome tea in the lobby. From entering the lobby to the guest room, there is no trash can. They didn't contact the garage in time after parking and registering, which made us look for them again and again. Third, the water flow in the bath is extremely weak, making bathing uncomfortable. Disposable slippers are worse than those from Express Hotel. Breakfast costs 98 yuan per person, which is actually very average.
But the hotel hardware is still good, the lobby and guest rooms are spacious, especially non-smoking, so there is no strange smell in the room. In addition, parking is very convenient, with above-ground and underground parking spaces.
