An awesome place to stay, a lovely family and great value rooms, clean, spacious and characteristic. Close to central Fort Kochi, all the amenities and sights to see are within walking distance, can also get to any of them for about 30-50 rupees. Nice size wet room, clean and functional. Food in the morning was superb. Thank you very much, we will be coming back!

Great convenient hotel right at the airport. Pretty useful since all the flights from Kuala Lumpur to Cochin are at night. We landed, slept here and then headed out to the city the next morning. I paid for 2 rooms but the gave me only 1 so had to wait for a bit to clear up the mix up. Cleanliness was good but could be better.

It's a lovely, petite place on Rose St. at the heart of Fort Kochi. Easy to access all the main sights and cafes by foot. The rooms are clean and well sunlit and the staff is very warm, polite and prompt, they are open to accomodating early check-in without any hassle. I would definitely go back and stay here on my future fort kochi visits.

Poor service. No coffee sat here ..just tea. No hand towels. The light in the room couldn’t be turned off at night. No answer at reception when you try to ring. No facilities for drivers  to have a shower

Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Clean and spacious room. Greenery park around plam grove service villa gives you very calm atmosphere. There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY HYGIENIC ROOM. FREE DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE. NEAR BY BUS STOP, RAILWAY STATION, HOSPITAL, METRO STATION, WATER METRO, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, MEDICAL SHOPS, PARKS , SEA , TEMPLE, CHURCH , MOSQUE ETC.... CALM AND QUITE AREA

Its super near by to airport but don't know why taxi go around however when return from hotel just 6 mins walk to airport, room is clean not too big as picture and staff is good check in smooth. Nothing around any food or drinks but hotel give water its enough

Pros- centre of city, good parking, walkable distance to metro station, decent rooms for 1-2 days stay cons- breakfast not good, no restaurant attached

Visited on 31 Dec, Mr. Ravi is helpful and guided the plans to visit in fort kochi. Best location to stay in fort kochi. Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.
