Malar KandasamyOur stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations.
The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests.
The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile.
After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.

We stayed here twice for closeness to the airport.
The first time in a suite, which was very large and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, they made a bed up for our son.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Airport shuttle always available.
The beds were really comfortable
Food was good.
Pool was large and good to refresh in.
Overall definitely a good place to stay for Kochi airport.
Only negative which wasnt really to bad, was the room could of been alittle more cleaner, but it really wasn't a problem.

The room was good. Clean, with a comfortable mattress. The food in the restaurant was delicious. However, the ventilation on the floor wasn't working, making it hard to breathe.

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala.
Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort.
The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door.
The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart.
The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

Highly Recommended! The place is really clean and very helpful and professional staff. I have travelled to many other countries and stayed in hostel. Considering India and this hostel was really class. Pros - Clean shared washrooms, Clean Bed, AC full time available, rents scooter available, common room available( on see if you come early and need to rest then you can choose to rest on common room until your bed is ready) near by beach and shops. Con - No coffee machine available, lack of disposable class, no dustin in room or outside the room.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

hotel is very near to Cochin Airport. The amenities given in the hotel are good and praise worthy. Staff are helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant is tasty. the rooms are maintained cleanly and tidy. The size of the room is somewhat small. TV cable did not work during our stay. conveyance in airport area is a bit costly and we have to make arrangements for cab or auto well before to avoid tension. over all our stay is excellent

Small little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture.
Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone.
plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food.
the breakfast was good too.
