Truly, truly beautiful!

I recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything is very clean, very delicious, very spiritually. All staff are happy and willing to help. We were here for one day after a month of staying in the aurved clinic. So we had both breakfast and lunch and dinner. The husband went to the gym and I was on a face massage. Sportsman is big but the minimum is necessary. The pool is not deep but clean. The lyejakov is small but they are all free) in the restaurant everything is delicious and with care of the guest. Surprised the lack of fish ... in the SPA good massage and cosmetics is just excellent. Before the compliment-ham process. I really understood the dress in the SPA office, I would like to buy such. next year we will come back to India and stay here for 2 nights. Everything is great. Hotel manager is a great young man, a great team!

What we greatly appreciated was that while the furnishings were traditional, the amenities were modern and contemporary. Owned by the biggest name in the antiques trade, mr. Majnu, who became a dear friend by the end of our stay, each spacious room is individually designed with artefacts reflecting its character. Alan at front desk and all members of staff were courteous and attentive, ever-ready to help. The location, on the waterfront, is in the heart of the old jew town of mattancherry, with the parades i synagogue and dutch palace a stone’s throw away. Its waterside restaurant is popular with in-house guests and walk-ins alike. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very thankful for d outstanding hospitality . Especially Ms.Irin, It’s rare to encounter such a hands-on approach from a manager, nd her kindness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Ms. Princy from d front office too was very welcoming. Thr personal attention made my stay into a seamless nd memorable experience, reflecting the high standards the team uphold. SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

The shuttle service to the airport was smooth upon late-night arrival, and the hotel was clean and beautiful. They also offered fruit service, which is convenient for late-night flights.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

I loved everything about my stay in this hotel. From the reception, hospitality, service, best American pork ribs and many more. I'm definitely coming back 💯

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
