Amazing
MM291995****Facilities: Outdated
Cleanliness: Meets standards
Environment: Actually very good, with a great atmosphere. The beds are the largest I've ever stayed in; four people could easily sleep in one.
Service: Average. You can ask someone to help with your luggage, but it's a bit awkward to ask female staff for help. Most things are self-service, but there's a kitchen available, and you can also order food from the restaurant.

Great
JJette Marie☀️ When i first arrived, i thought i was at the wrong place - i‘ve never booked something so nice for myself before!
🪲PROS
- chill 4 people bedrooms, with a comfy bed and a big personal shelf + locker and a fridge for the room
- clean facilities and rooms
- towel, toothpaste/toothpaste and yukata were provided as well as shampoo and showergel
- the common room was so cozy and nice, with tea and water always at the ready and a great view of the garden
- i was satisfied with both the dinner and breakfast and the price was fairly cheap (~1200¥ or a bit more, depending on your choices)
- PRIVATE ONSEN that you can book for around 50minutes at night and can use in the morning if nobody else is already using it (costs around 150¥ per use)
- there is a shuttle bus going at pretty regular times in the morning. They offer a ride to both Gora-Station or Hakone-Open-Air-Museum!
🩸CONS
- far from the city-centre/train station
🌱 i really enjoyed my stay. I had cool roomies that became travel companions and absolutely loved the inn, the onsen, the food and the kind staff!
Definitely a recommendation if you ever decide to stay in Hakone - i would book again!

TtakamanI stayed overnight on my way back from climbing Mt. Kintoki.
Since I was traveling alone, I booked a capsule-type room (sleeping space).
The guests were mostly Western and Chinese, and there weren't many Japanese people there on weekdays.
There was also a hot spring and the common areas were well-equipped.
There were no noisy people, so I was able to sleep quietly.
It's only 5-6 minutes to the convenience store and about 10 minutes to the tozan railway station.
BBoonching8048The Room is clean, the location is a bit difficult to get to it especially we arrived there late night. The heater is not function well even though we already asked for help, we feel cool at the mid night, but the service is good. It a quite and peaceful place, if the heater function well then I think is perfect

은은경It was a self-check-in/self-check-out system without the presence of staff. Nothing could be done with the reservation number (11 digits) sent by Trip.com, and the hotel said that a registration link was sent by email in advance, and guests received a QR code and a 6-digit reservation number that could be registered in the hotel system through prior input/registration. I'm assuming you're checking in. The hotel said they sent a link via Expedia message, but I didn't receive an email directly from Trip.com, and I didn't receive anything other than the 11-digit reservation number from Trip.com.

AAnonymous UserA comfortable experience overall. The room was a bit old, the onsen (hot spring) a bit small, and the seafood dinner was a little disappointing. But for this price and time, a one-night stay with two meals in Hakone is perfectly acceptable.

CCCaccaIt is an old house, a restaurant on the first floor, a kitchen on the second floor, three bedrooms, a dry and wet separation bathroom, a toilet, five minutes walk from Yumoto Station, 711, lawson are very close, self-service check-in is super convenient, that is, the room is cold, the bedroom can be very warm, the bathroom is very cold, Next to the mountaineering line, you can see this homestay when you take the morning ride. In addition, the surrounding restaurants have a short business hours. If you can't arrive early, you can go to the supermarket to buy fast food. It is also delicious.

EErick858Nestled in a peaceful corner of Mt. Hakone, yet conveniently connected by bus, only a 5-10 mins walk. This charming little hotel offered an unforgettable immersion into Japanese culture, complete with tatami-matted floor, soft futon bedding and soothing onsen. With it's effortless check in and out, it's perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and authenticity without sacrificing to much convenience.
Pros: If you plan to visit the Hakone pirate ship and the Hakone ropeway at Togendai, it will give you an early start because it's only 11 minutes by bus.
Con: To get to the hotel you will need to go up a little hill, not too hard, but if you have a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge (But it's an easy walk back to the bus stop)
Be mindful of the bus time getting to the hotel as the bus tends to end around 5:00 p.m.
Also, there aren't any places to eat near the hotel, so you may need to take food with you, order breakfast with the hotel or buy some snacks and instant noodles from the hotel shop.

GGuest UserJapanese family hotel. Sleep on tatami. The problem is that the toilet is inconvenient downstairs. Sound insulation is too poor. I was disturbed by a group of Japanese people next door and couldn't sleep well. I won’t stay again without contacting you.
