Outstanding
LLiuThis was a very clean and nice unit. It's right on the ocean, and within short driving distance of most destinations in Hakodate. We spent 2 nights here but would've loved to stay longer. The house is very clean, well-decorated, and the internet is very very quick. It was my favourite place to stay during our roadtrip throughout Hokkaido.
One small annoyance is there is some construction on the lot nearby, but that noise only occurs during work hours.

GGuest UserIt is a clean and unaccompanied inn. For car-use travel, you need to make a separate reservation for a parking lot (maximum ５ car?). There are many toll parking lots in the neighborhood. It is close to the downtown area of Goryokaku Town and Goryokaku Park in Hakodate City, and is convenient for eating, drinking and sightseeing. Baths, toilets and washrooms are shared. It is built like a company's single dormitory.

翩翩翩依旧A clean and beautiful small hotel, about 10 minutes walk from all bus stops (including trains and trams), the rooms are clean and tidy, the service attitude is amiable, and the entrance and exit are like greetings from the family. GGuest User酒店距離JR函館站400米，非常近，走路幾分鐘可抵達美思佰樂超市。酒店是一棟獨立的樓，一樓有餐廳咖啡廳前台公共休息區，公區佈置很温馨能看出老闆用心經營。房間沒有衞生間沒有淋浴間，公共衞生間洗漱間及淋浴間洗衣房都在三樓，房間有電視空氣凈化器及電熱水壺冰箱，是榻榻米。洗澡間很冷，4月底的天如果獨自洗澡仍然很冷，所以第二晚我花錢去了大眾澡堂洗澡。到了晚上酒店周圍比較暗，看起來有點荒涼，酒店公區和走廊晚上感覺有點瘮人，主要是看不到有人，我住的時候衹在早晨刷牙遇過人，其他時間看不到有人。衞生間很乾凈，但我還是傾向於房間內自帶衞生間。

GGuest UserIf you are traveling by public transportation, you may need to walk a bit to reach this location. The room itself was clean and the reception was friendly. However, there was no air conditioner (there was an appliance that looked like a heater + air conditioner, but as a foreigner who doesn't know Japanese, I didn't know how to operate it). Those who can't survive with just a fan would be better off looking for other accommodations, but Hokkaido itself isn't that hot, so if you're looking for cost-effectiveness, I highly recommend it to everyone
Although the facilities are a bit worn out, they are kept clean and although the toilets and shower rooms are old, the water facilities are up to date.

GGuest UserHotel facilities are relatively old and old, we have a small room with a small bed, at most 1.3 meters wide, two medium-sized people will also squeeze some sleep. The rooms are small, but there are some, the pillows and the quilts are very thin, and the quilts are laid on the list, and the cover will be uncomfortable. However, the location of the hotel is super good. It takes less than 4 minutes to get off at the JR station. The opposite is Hakodate. It is also one kilometer away from Hakodate. It is also close to the bus stop and tram stop. Go to Goryokaku. The park is also convenient.

GGuest UserBecause I booked a smoking room, it seems to be in an old hotel, so the equipment is older, and the smell of oil smoke from the restaurant will spread to the corridor of the room, but the room is clean.
