YY SinThe hotel is small but you have everything you need. Clean with thoughtful arrangements. Onsen is comparatively big for a hotel with less than 30 rooms. The variety and quality of food for Breakfast is excellent. Can compare with a normal meal buffet. They offer free good quality ice cream and bean to cup coffee which is surprisingly excellent!.

I stayed on the 12th floor, and the view was amazing—Goryokaku Tower, Mt. Hakodate, and the ocean were all beautiful! 😍
Goryokaku Tower was only a 15-minute walk away.
There were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel, so the location was great!
There was a Lucky Pierrot nearby, so we took some back to the hotel and enjoyed it! !!
The staff were also very kind.
The breakfast buffet included squid sashimi 🦑 and a wide variety of Hokkaido dishes, which were delicious.
The room was spacious, with plenty of room even with my suitcase unfolded. I was also very happy to find chilled glasses in the refrigerator! I enjoyed my ice-cold 🍺.
The service was wonderful, down to the smallest details. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Hakodate again! !! 🩷

GGuest UserA quaint, old-style inn with breakfast included. The gentleman who runs the place (I assume he's the owner) wears many hats – he handles check-ins, check-outs, cleans the dining area, and clears dishes. He's an incredibly dedicated and hardworking man. His service was truly excellent.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but it's very close to Hakodate JR Station, which you can see from the window and is about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is also very near Hakodate Morning Market, roughly 100m away, and there's a tram stop right outside. The breakfast was good, and the price in January was very cheap, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff can speak simple English, and both check-in and check-out are done via machines, making the process very quick.

PProrenEveryone says it takes 10 minutes to get to and from JR Hakodate Station, but it's less than 3 minutes from Matsukaze-cho (tramway) and less than 5 minutes from Omori-cho (bus), making it very convenient for travelers to and from Hakodate Airport. The tramway is also a major mode of transportation to various attractions in Hakodate. Furthermore, the lobby offers alcoholic beverages and washing machines, which is convenient for travelers.

YYZKWe stayed at LC Goryokaku Hotel during our family trip to Hakodate and were pleasantly surprised by how well it suited our needs. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Goryokaku Park and the Tower, which made it easy for us to explore the area with our kids without needing transportation all the time.
The room was clean, spacious enough for a small family, and had thoughtful touches like slippers, toiletries, and even a small seating area where we could unwind. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet at night, which made it easy for the children to fall asleep.
The hotel also offers free drinks in the lounge, which was a nice touch, and there's a laundry area, which is very useful when traveling with kids.

The bed was small and the room was small, but just an area was empty to spread out the large suitcase, and the design was very good. The warm light effect is very good (in fact, it is 2 bulbs 💡) The hand sanitizer smells good. Disadvantages: Dry laundry

Iizm0930I stayed here when I went to Hakodate for a live show.
It was about a 10-minute walk from Hakodate Arena, it has a hot spring, a hotel with an ocean view, and there is a 24-hour Hasegawa store within walking distance, and it was a great choice.
The sunlight pours in through the large windows, so even though it is late January in the middle of winter, you don't have to turn on the heater.
You can relax with the sound of the ocean in the background.
The open-air bath is like an infinity pool, and the ocean is right in front of you, so you can stay in it forever.
The bus to Hakodate Station leaves almost right in front, there is a convenience store nearby, and the 24-hour Hasegawa store is just a short walk away, so it is very convenient.
There is no need to rush to get on public transportation after the arena live show, you can drink at a nearby izakaya until the sun sets and then go home, and the front desk is open 24 hours a day, so it was reassuring.
Whenever I go to Hakodate, I always stay around Hakodate Station, but this was such a great encounter that I think I will stay at this hotel in the future!

However, there was a hair dryer in the room, but it was difficult to notice because it was on the shelf of the TV stand, and it costs 100 yen every time you go in and out of the parking lot for sightseeing, so you have to apply to the front desk every time. Inconvenience I felt it. There was an outlet in each bed and it was insanely good.

The bathroom facilities are old, the shower angle cannot be adjusted, the water flow cannot be controlled, and the faucet must be turned on every time the switch is turned on and the hot water is adjusted to the right temperature, which is very inconvenient.
The room was spacious and the bed was moderately hard and soft. The curtains were not shading and woke up early.
The uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic.
