Great
CChubby Girl On TourThe room was spacious and clean, comfortably accommodated one person and a piece of luggage. The air conditioning was in good condition, maintaining a comfortable environment throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a variety of options and the breakfast hours were a bit early, running from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
The hotel is conveniently located near the JR station, making transportation easy; however, it is a bit farther from the landmark zone. It takes around 15 minutes to reach the Red Brick Warehouse and approximately 30 minutes to arrive at the Motomachi district on foot.
Additionally, the self-check-in process was convenient and user-friendly, with all instructions available in English. The check-out time was set for 10:00 AM, which may be a bit early for some travelers.
GGuest UserThe location is good, near JR station, just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Tram station is just in front of the hotel. 5 minutes walk to the ‘Morning seafood’ market. The price is good, so the room is small. The breakfast is better than you expected. If you just need a room for sleeping & shower and good location, this is recommended.
GGuest UserThe service was impeccable and the location was great. I stayed in a capsule room by myself, and the bed space was a bit small; I'd advise caution if you're over 170cm tall. I strongly recommend choosing a private single or double room at this hotel instead. The capsule rooms were quite messy and the people were a mixed bag. Someone was still packing their belongings past midnight, making a lot of noise, and people started getting up around 6 AM, so I didn't get a good rest. However, this hotel offers free drinks, including some alcoholic beverages, and you can even have some noodles in the evening, which is really a nice touch.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from JR Hakodate Station, with easy access to major attractions like Goryokaku Park, Tachimachi Cape, Hachiman-zaka Slope, and Hakodateyama Observation Deck via tram and bus. Hakodate Morning Market and Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the bedding is excellent. Breakfast offers a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the food is delicious. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around JR Station. The front desk staff are welcoming and patient. Overall, this stay offers great value for money.
TTAO RanI booked this hotel to see the cherry blossoms at Goryokaku Park. The location is very convenient. When I made the reservation, I requested a room with a view of the cherry blossoms, and I was really able to see them, which I'm very happy about. I would consider staying here again.
GGuest UserThe room's location is great, with a tram stop right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to several attractions. One minor drawback is that there's no complimentary bottled water, but I think that's the case with most MyStays hotels.
JJensen725This hotel is located near Goryokaku Park, right next to the station, making it very convenient for getting around. The main building's rooms are well-equipped, very clean, and offer great value for money, including a complimentary breakfast.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, just sandwiched in the middle. I entered the room before 14 o'clock, and thank you for the front desk. The bed was small and the room was small, but just an area was empty to spread out the large suitcase, and the design was very good. The warm light effect is very good (in fact, it is 2 bulbs 💡) The hand sanitizer smells good. Disadvantages: Dry laundry
JjingzongThis is the hotel we changed from the chain hotel at the station. Because there is a hot spring here. It is only one stop from the airport to the hotel, and even if you take a taxi, it is only 50 RMB. There is a very convenient bus stop at the door of the hotel, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and you can eat it every day. The hot spring service is also quite commendable.
I highly recommend it. If you go with a family, book a room by the sea. In fact, it is very cost-effective. One room can accommodate 4~5 people, and then looking at the seaside is very good.
LLvlvlaileThe room was very clean, and it was quiet because it was just me and my friend that night. There were many self-service items on the first floor, and you could also enjoy a free hot spring bath, but remember to keep your belongings safe before going in.
