"I was worried it might be cold since it is the changing of the seasons, but the heating was excellent.
In particular, heating at other accommodations usually consists of fan heaters or radiators, which makes the interior very dry, but since this place uses underfloor heating, it was much better.
The facilities were also clean, and it was nice that breakfast was provided, even if it was modest."

It's conveniently located in a busy area, but it feels a bit cramped. The parking lot is also narrow. Still, I thought it was a nice place to stay.

It's close to Iksan Station, so it's not burdensome to walk, but it's a motel, but it was more than expected with a feeling of a hotel. The price is good and the check-out time is good, so I think I'll come often as

Hotel bedding is disposable bedding, so the hygiene is tidy but a bit inconvenient
The dry part keeps getting on the quilt ㅠ

It's next to the street, so it's quiet and good except for the sound of the car
Like a knife at check-out time
There is a tray inside, so it's easy to eat like this

Its really cheap stay if you need a place to sleep so don’t expect too much. my only issues were cracks in bathroom and some molds. Its an old motel and pictures are deceiving so you get what you pay for.

Comfortable little sofa and caring for guests everywhere
