SSheril AmirahThe unit is spacious and well maintained, and the location is very good. It was easy to deal with the owner and communication was smooth throughout our stay.
We requested an extra parking space, and the owner was kind enough to help arrange one with an additional charge. Very helpful and accommodating.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended, and if we visit Cameron Highlands again, we would definitely love to book this place again.

GGuest Userthe floor very dirty, i wore white sock and it got stained.. the sheet also dirty like they reused it.. not clean..
the things i like was the room very spacious and the toilet also okay.. they provide towel but not toiletries.. if you need water just go outside they provide coway.. ohh if you need to iron your clothes just go the room no 1, the iron room downstairs.. need to que.. overall its okay laa

GGuest UserThe surroundings of the accommodation offer a good atmosphere, and the room has a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the room could be slightly better, possibly due to the age of the hotel. Overall, it's an acceptable place to stay.

MMaimon TopWe booked a studio apartment but were allocated a 3-room apartment instead. We only used the master bedroom. Towels provided at the check-in counter were very thin and still damp. We had to carry them to the 3rd floor apartment and had to return the used towels at the counter when we checked out.
Slippers provided in the bathroom were dirty and the straps were broken. The soap dispenser was empty. The shower head and bidet were broken.
The apartment was not well maintained and cleaned.

AAtien YuhanisThis house is the best, with plenty of beds. It's comfortable and you can cook. The location is close to Centrum Mall, just a short walk from the house. It's excellent and highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room average. Location good. Be prepared there is nobody to attend you. Prepare for the self service parking assist nobody lead me for car parking so I park in front of the hotel I have compound by the authority. Very bad

Ssiow limThe owner is excellent in aspects. He is the most understanding, helpful and well communicative. I faced some issues, despite to his disadvantages, he helped me up resolved all of them. I felt so comforting when you travel solo facing problems.

MM. Arif HakimiThe location was great as it is in the middle of the Brinchang town (right in front of the Petronas gas station). For the parking, better find it behind the hotel as the there are more parking slots compared to infront of the hotel.
