GGuest UserThis was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience!
We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness.
The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

GGuest UserThe owner was really welcoming and gave very detailed directions. The villa is nestled on a small hill by the sea, and the drive up was a lot of fun. Penang's straight roads felt very safe; no cars cut in, making for a smooth journey. The villa boasts sea views and has a housekeeper. The mountain surroundings are very peaceful and quiet.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the room condition was good and I was satisfied with the stay. However, I encountered several issues with the front desk staff that require clarification and resolution.
1. I repeatedly asked during check-in and again before check-out whether my booking had already been paid through TA. Each time, the staff confirmed that the payment had already been charged by the TA. However, after my stay, I received a message stating that the payment was collected at the property. This is very confusing and inconsistent with the information provided by your staff.
2. Secondly, I am a Malaysian citizen, but I was charged RM10 for tourist tax. As Malaysians are exempt from tourist tax, this charge should not have been applied. After clarifying with the staff, they voided the transaction and charged me again.

GGuest UserThe surroundings of the accommodation offer a good atmosphere, and the room has a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the room could be slightly better, possibly due to the age of the hotel. Overall, it's an acceptable place to stay.

CChin LoongNice place and nice room but when heavy rain leaked near the TV area and the side of the tent water came in.
Both sides of the neighbor are very noisy talking and play music very loudly.
Dinner time restaurants service staff did not pay attention to customers, for hot pot Chicken slice is sooo thin not suitable for hot pot can use chop Chicken better.
The bathroom is too shaky maybe not for me due to both of us quite big size.
Not able to use the bathtub cause that night heavy rain.
Overall for me not worth it, over priced for the foods and stay.

HHeimaoyubaishuI would like to raise two points and hope that the merchants will pay attention: 1. The quilt is too thin. Cameron only provides a thin quilt when it is 15 degrees Celsius at night. It is a bit cold to sleep at night!
2. The room has a musty smell. I hope the merchants will open more windows for ventilation!

GGuest UserIt’s pretty well located: near Brinchang, quite close to attractions like Kea Farm, tea plantations, markets, and scenic areas. The hotel is also linked or very near a mall/shopping arcade, convenience stores are just a short walk. That can be very helpful with children. Noise from outside or from adjacent rooms/apartments can be bothersome, but is fine since we come here for outing and attractions. Finally the traffic outside is too congested, not the hotels fault but too many visitors come to cameron highlands nowaday, it's an hour drive from one place to another within short distance.
