We had such a fun and comfy stay at Hampton Inn Asheville–I-240 Tunnel Rd! The room was clean, cozy, and just what our family needed after a full day of exploring. Check-in was quick, the staff was super friendly, and everything felt easy from start to finish. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Asheville, so getting around was a breeze. And breakfast? A great way to kick off another adventure-filled day! Definitely a stay we’d happily come back to.
The service was fine. The food was cold (scrambled eggs that the server just brought in) and the breakfast space area was extremely small. We were sitting way to close to other tables.
Our room deadbolt lock would not lock. It did not line up properly with the slot. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
This hotel was a good stay. Overall the area was over priced for what it was. This hotel was competitively priced. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room smelled good and was clean. Free breakfast was good and clean.
The room is good, big, the location is very good, suitable for shopping, we are very close to the billmore estate, that is, health is really flattering, because I am a person who is allergic to mites, only stayed one night, that night 3 The point was awake and it was allergic to the neck and ears. It was very scary. Will not live a second time
The breakfast was quite good. For Westerners, breakfast should be there. The rooms are medium in size and well-regulated American beds. It is a pity that the soundproofing of the room is too bad. In the middle of the night or in the early morning, there is a loud voice (like Arabic or Spanish) that is transmitted from the next door. It is called, talking, playing music, TV sound, and someone in the corridor will speak. room.
Hotel is very nice! Kitchenette was awesome! Front desk provides appliances for cooking including dish rags and some little packets of dish soap. (The people at the front desk are very nice and friendly) AC was awesome! Vending machines had great selection. Bed was comfortable and the TV wasn’t difficult to work. One of my most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had.
