GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Asheville, with very convenient transportation, and there are also McDonald's and other places to eat nearby. The most satisfactory thing is that the room has a kitchen, induction cooker, etc., which is very satisfactory.

VVanThe service was fine. The food was cold (scrambled eggs that the server just brought in) and the breakfast space area was extremely small. We were sitting way to close to other tables.
Our room deadbolt lock would not lock. It did not line up properly with the slot. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

KKyra:)Breakfast was alright just the usual bagels, juice, coffee and yogurt. Wifi worked great. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Room was neat and clean but I found some stuff from previous guests under the bed and near some of the furniture so I'm not sure how through the housekeeping is.

JJiampietroI booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. I am not a local, I live 30 miles away.
Trip.com is a professional and efficient business. They refunded the money immediately.
