2-Star Hotels in Rapid City

Good hotel, what you would expect. We arrived at the airport late so the transportation to the hotel (even though close) was very expensive. Recommend to reserve transportation ahead of time. Stayed for 1 night before our tour group started.

The front desk service is good, the room facilities are ok, the hotel is in a good location, high speed, not far from badlands and mt rushmore, the breakfast is average, the fruit is not very fresh, there is only one option for milk yogurt Hot waffle can be made to eat

The room is very new, the location is best with a car, there is a laundry room, breakfast can be booked, but dinner is not provided, barbecue can be reserved, but the ingredients must be prepared by yourself, praise 👍

Great hotel. Clean, comfy bed, great shower, quiet. The only thing was the Wifi wasn’t working ‘for laptops’. Was able to use the Wi-Fi from the hotel next door, though.

Stay was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was a nice variety, and room clean. Was a disappointment that the keys were demagnetized multiple times and we even kept it away from our phones as instructed when it happened the first time. Hot tub was a good temp, unfortunately the jets were not really high functioning and there was barely working, overall nice to soak for a little bit. We would chose to stay here again in the future as the cons were minimal.

It is what I expect. Except that some power outlets of the room are broken, and the AC is not working. Nonetheless it is acceptable. And for the AC I was informed before check in.

They have used heavy cleaning chemicals. Rooms smell very strong . Hallway carpets are not clean. Police show up in night. Our blankets have dirty marks. Breakfast is ridiculous. Just a banana and snack. It is a very cheap experience for that price.

Good place to stay.

透由貴公司Ctrip預訂此房型，check in時櫃檯告知，寵物房既使沒有帶寵物需額外酌收20美元，如果不想付這個20美元需要自行跟貴公司更改訂單，因當天才得知此訊息且訂單無法更改，詢問貴公司智能幫手卻要我洽詢櫃檯並配合飯店規定，身為旅客只有被踢皮球的感受。 後續因為時間已晚加上我們不想再與櫃檯來往被迫付20美元款項，請Ctrip協助處理前述情況並爭取退款。 入住103號房，房間內沒有吹風機，詢問櫃檯當下飯店沒有備品，需等待房務送吹風機。 當日約11PM洗好澡，房務人員1:30AM送到吹風機，頭髮都自然乾了我還需要這個吹風機嗎？ 針對服務速度非常之慢！
