2-Star Hotels in Rapid City

Good hotel, what you would expect. We arrived at the airport late so the transportation to the hotel (even though close) was very expensive. Recommend to reserve transportation ahead of time. Stayed for 1 night before our tour group started.

The front desk service is good, the room facilities are ok, the hotel is in a good location, high speed, not far from badlands and mt rushmore, the breakfast is average, the fruit is not very fresh, there is only one option for milk yogurt Hot waffle can be made to eat

Great hotel. Clean, comfy bed, great shower, quiet. The only thing was the Wifi wasn’t working ‘for laptops’. Was able to use the Wi-Fi from the hotel next door, though.

Stay was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was a nice variety, and room clean. Was a disappointment that the keys were demagnetized multiple times and we even kept it away from our phones as instructed when it happened the first time. Hot tub was a good temp, unfortunately the jets were not really high functioning and there was barely working, overall nice to soak for a little bit. We would chose to stay here again in the future as the cons were minimal.

We had a pleasant stay at the Foothills Inn (Rapid City, SD.  The room was recently renovated, in 2025 per the hotel’s online info.  The furnitures & room decorations look homey & appealing.  The bed is firm & the bedding is comfortable.  For breakfast, the hotel sweetly offers microwave-ready cheese hamburgers which are not often seen in most of the hotels we stay during our 2-week trip.  We’d not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Tourist town, the facilities in the room are too simple to deal with. The design of the wooden bedside has a sharp edge and corner. If you don't pay attention, it is especially easy to scratch your head. The bedding is still very clean.

It is what I expect. Except that some power outlets of the room are broken, and the AC is not working. Nonetheless it is acceptable. And for the AC I was informed before check in.

I don't know why this hotel has so low rating. The location is great, it's clean and has a warm environment, very friendly staff. The breakfast is continental, but it'good enough to start your day. Alot of parking space even for 26' truck. Hot water goes right away, the bath tub was vlean with no spots whatsoever. Iron and hairdryer were in the room. No coffee machine, but at lobbe coffee is available around the clock

Clean room. Breakfast could have been better than processed food. I got charged 5 USD per night from booking through trip.com. The staff told me that it is the fee that they usually charge the guest who book their place through 3th parties. With that, they should inform beforehand. Charging without prior notice is unacceptable.

透由貴公司Ctrip預訂此房型，check in時櫃檯告知，寵物房既使沒有帶寵物需額外酌收20美元，如果不想付這個20美元需要自行跟貴公司更改訂單，因當天才得知此訊息且訂單無法更改，詢問貴公司智能幫手卻要我洽詢櫃檯並配合飯店規定，身為旅客只有被踢皮球的感受。 後續因為時間已晚加上我們不想再與櫃檯來往被迫付20美元款項，請Ctrip協助處理前述情況並爭取退款。 入住103號房，房間內沒有吹風機，詢問櫃檯當下飯店沒有備品，需等待房務送吹風機。 當日約11PM洗好澡，房務人員1:30AM送到吹風機，頭髮都自然乾了我還需要這個吹風機嗎？ 針對服務速度非常之慢！
