2-Star Hotels in Washoe County

A well-regulated hotel, the service is OK, breakfast is good, you can make your own muffins, children like it. The location is also good, the price is still relatively high.

This hotel is a perfect airport hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean rooms, restaurant and bar. The price point is perfect and half the cost as nearby—often sold out—hotels. I’ve stayed here many time and they’re consistently delivering a good product. Also, booking on Trip.com is beyond easy.

They where nice and friendly the rooms where clean the maintenance guy Jeff was very helpful. Room was quiet and clean I will be staying there again.

sorry I will not stay here again. understaffed front office. dificult for disabled to get around. noise from other guests. water leak in floor. deposit required USD$100 do not think this was listed on web page. old facility with attempt to upgrade. would be more value at half the price.

Location is close to the all casinos but very dirty and loud neighborhood ,I wish it could feel more secure.

And its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking.
