Upon arriving and getting a first floor room found that the outside window to the parking lot was open and could have easily allowed someone to come in. Maintenance fixed it but it was a little disconcerting. Everything else was fine and the morning buffet was very good. There was an additional charge on my credit card for $22.00 that wasn't explained and that was irritating. I would stay there again however as the inconveniences mentioned weren't disqualifying. Customer service at the counter and from housekeeping were very good."
