3-Star Hotels in Coffs Harbour

The hotel is great. Ctrip's service is very bad. The order status shows that the booking was successful and the guarantee was successful, and the payment was made to the store. However, on the same day, I was told that I could not cancel the deduction in advance. Funny.

Over all our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The main concern was that Cockroaches came out at night. In the kitchen bench bathroom and main bedroom. I even found one in my vanity case. This placed a uncomfortable expectation at night. The issue was reported to staff and they told me that the whole park had been sprayed recently. The pest person needs to be called back or replaced.

The apartment is quite old and has a dated feel, but it was clean and well maintained. The towels and linens were crisp and spotless. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, though it’s not next to the beach. It suited our needs well for a stopover, but I probably wouldn’t choose it as a holiday destination. The owners/managers were excellent communicators and very helpful whenever we had questions.

Very nice motel in good location in Coffs Harbour for 1-2 nights stay. Near restaurants and shops. Recomended

Very clean and big place. Only one thing I think is not good is the security. The door security chains is broken and asked the front desk. The front desk told us that no room has the door security chains as it is taken out by the hotel. I think it is not a common practice of any hotels or motels. Hope the hotel can improve this.

The location is convenient because it's only 5 minutes away from old and new town, also not far from diffent beaches. Staff are friendly and helpful. The motel is old so don't expect a luxury stay but room size is good. We saw some huge cockroaches inside our room one after another so that was a bit frightening. We'll stay somewhere else if we have options because the cost for our stay was nearly $300 a night.

The property is located at the big banana, family environment, needs new beds, can be noisey when busy.

We booked on short notice and was able to get a pet friendly room for a 1 night stay. The room was clean & comfortable. The facilities were very good. The manager? on the desk was a lovely lady, very friendly and a great personality. The noise was a bit loud from the highway but by 11pm it had settled and only heard a bit through the night. I think it is amazing to even have a pet friendly motel and I would gladly stay there again. L & D QLD.

The hotel needs to be completely refreshed, the room and bathroom aren’t well maintained, it is surprising that Accor Group allow such kind of condition. The water is sinking in bathroom, the fridge is dirty and hopefully the carpet is dark.

Basic hotel room, no air conditioning, although not needed this time of year. Older style and the room is small. All good for a one night stop while driving north or south. The small bathroom and shower were super clean. Strangely there is no basin in the bathroom but there is a kitchen sink in the bedroom, however there isn't a kitchenette. Having said that I would consider staying there again for the right price.
