Fantastic location in the Orara hills The Santa Fe cottage is wonderful with an open fire and cosy decor These are fully self catering cottages so you need to bring food but everything else is provided including firelighters and matches. Order your Firewood in advance from the office. Thoughtful touches like fluffy dressing gowns and a rug for cuddling up on the sofa much appreciated The Owners are friendly and helpful thanks so much Only small point is the WiFi (no signal at all at Santa Fe cottage and poor throughput even if you go nearer to the router).

This is a typical motel in Coffs Harbour. I need to arrive later. I contacted the front desk and put the room key in the safe and sent the password. This is more convenient. The room is on the second floor. There is no elevator. I have to carry the box and walk up the stairs. The room is not big. The shower is not good. Water flows in all directions. It is uncomfortable to take a shower. I checked out in the morning and put the key in the recycling bin. Because I only stayed for one day, I didn’t see any staff the whole time.

Great little motel with very clean rooms and all basic amenities. Enough Parking space also available.

The hotel needs to be completely refreshed, the room and bathroom aren’t well maintained, it is surprising that Accor Group allow such kind of condition. The water is sinking in bathroom, the fridge is dirty and hopefully the carpet is dark.
