GGuest UserVery good hotel, very comfortable to live, not only the hotel environment is good, the main service staff is very polite to the guests and willing to help you. There are parking lots below the hotel, you can park at will by car, and you can also pick up and drop off the plane. There are still a few hours to take the train, so now they have a seven-story restaurant to wait, the staff see me hot, the whole restaurant opens air conditioning for me. The bedding is particularly comfortable, the fabric selection is more suitable for me, shampoo and shower gel are also the kind of disposable bottles. The school is close to Tarim University. If you have a business trip with this university, this hotel is the first place, which is great 👍🏻

GGuest UserThe conditions of the hotel are quite good in all aspects, the environment is elegant and quiet, the sanitary details are in place, the rest is particularly safe, and the parking is convenient. The front desk Mengmeng and Xiaojie are gentle and attentive, the service is warm and thoughtful, and each guest is particularly patient. The breakfast is delicious and the experience is excellent.

The receptionist argued with other staff, which tarnished the hotel's image. Their attitude towards customers was also very abrupt and uncomfortable. We recommend further education for them!
