"I must praise this as the only pet-friendly hotel in Aral. I didn't expect it to be so good. There are special rooms for pets. They thoughtfully prepare disposable water bowls and toys for the furry children. There are also paintings hanging on the bedside ~ which makes parents who travel with their furry children feel very warm. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the service is thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very new, the toiletries are very exquisite and fragrant, the buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and I enjoyed it very much. 🥳This is currently the number one pet-friendly hotel in Xinjiang. 👍"

"The hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off service. I called after getting off the plane and found out that a Mercedes-Benz business car came to pick me up. I was a little flattered.
The surrounding area of the hotel is still under development and is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is very large.
The hotel breakfast is still good. It is the kind of level that can fill you up and is definitely not the kind that fools you.
The room facilities are also OK. My room does not have a window, but there is a humidifier, air purifier, etc. in the room.
There are also milk and candied dates in the evening, which are good services.
I traveled independently and did not drive. Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else was good."

"As always, the All Seasons hotel has maintained its standard. I was very satisfied with my stay. I arrived at 12:00 PM that day, and the front desk was warm and friendly. They even explained that there were now three floors available for room selection and asked which floor I wanted. That was very thoughtful. I'm about to check out now, and at 1:50 PM, I called the front desk to ask if I needed to register my license plate before the car left. I told them my luggage was packed and I was ready to check out, and they said there was no rush and I could come down at 3:00 PM. Hearing that for the first time was very heartwarming. Compared to the All Seasons hotel I stayed at in Korla two days ago (I extended my stay by one day, but the front desk didn't see my reservation and called me during lunch break to urge me to check out), this hotel feels much more personal."

The rooms are clean, tidy, and unique, with high-end amenities. They have more outlets than other hotel brands, and feature modern Chinese details. Four varieties of tea are available, allowing guests to enjoy tea in their rooms.
The laundry room is well-equipped, with three washing and drying machines, though the lack of disinfectant is a bit surprising.
The breakfast was a bit out of place for the hotel's amenities. The selection was limited and the taste was average. Not having watermelon was a bit unusual in Xinjiang 🤔. The only service was from the friendly and welcoming hostess in the restaurant."

"It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the ”uncle” raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating."

Every day when I go out, I meet the room aunt and the front desk, and I will smile and say hello to the demand. There is a temporary need for a charger. It takes not long to call the front desk. The staff will bring several models of chargers and send them up. I also patiently help me try it out. Before leaving, I didn't forget to tell ”any need to call us at any time”; it was more efficient when checking out, and I also took the initiative to ask if I needed to help call the car and provide a taxi business card. The whole process made people feel cared for. This kind of service that puts guests on their hearts is really a plus! Living here is as comfortable as living in a friend's house. We didn't go to the pedestrian street next door, but after breakfast we visited the small parks opposite and to the right of the hotel. After breakfast, we walked around the wetland park near the military and political building. To have such an environment in the desert is truly amazing; I admire the wisdom of the Chinese people. Incredible! If you go to Wensu Grand Canyon, you must stay at this hotel—you'll get a good rest and have a great time!

GGuest UserI saw a new four-star hotel opened on Ctrip. The price is not expensive and it’s perfect for a business trip. It was unexpectedly good. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. The elevator has access control and provides great privacy. The breakfast was rich in variety and felt like a full meal. And I drove here by myself, and there is a special car wash in their parking lot, which is free!
Facilities: 24-hour free WIFI, hot and cold water, the room is equipped with a direct drinking machine, not a traditional kettle, thumbs up; there is a free gym and self-service laundry room, and there is also a clothes ironing machine in the laundry room! There is also a shoe shine machine in the lobby, where you can shine your shoes for free.
