This was my second stay here. They offer airport transfer service and breakfast, all at a great price. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the facilities are good. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, always ensuring guests had what they needed. I specifically chose Ibis because it's an international brand, which assures reliable check-in and consistent room maintenance standards.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and airport pickup service is included with the booking. Honestly, I only booked one room, but my friend and I were traveling from different places and arriving at the hotel at different times in the evening. Surprisingly, the hotel arranged free airport pickup for both trips, which was truly beyond my expectations! It's very convenient for moms traveling with a child and arriving late at night. The hotel's service is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are also very wide. My child really enjoyed the smart voice control. Highly recommend!

This stay was a truly peaceful retreat. The hotel's ambiance was elegant and serene, and the bedding felt silky smooth, instantly putting me at ease. The front desk staff were all exceptionally accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel looks nice and wonderful, it is closed to markets and small restaurants so you can choose and buy within your pocket situation. The restaurant itself also provides a wonderful buffet with affordable price of 28 Yuan per person. We love it coming here and thank you for your kind services, pickup from/to airport services, and wonderful smiles you have shown to us during our stay. We would be coming back again next time.

Jiaodong Airport Transfer Service: Very punctual, fast, and convenient. The driver was very enthusiastic and professional. This hotel is suitable for catching early flights or resting after a late arrival. It's a great choice for business travelers, and I'll definitely be back next time.

I needed a hotel for a layover and spent the night with my two children. I chose it because it was close to the airport and offered a free roundtrip shuttle. Tripcom itself doesn't answer any questions about the shuttle. There's no WhatsApp. It's easy to figure out how to arrange everything for Russians. I called online, and the girls don't speak English, but they're really trying to help! They turned on the translator during the phone call, and I more or less explained that I needed a shuttle. But I needed to call again from the airport upon arrival. There were difficulties finding a car; I spent about half an hour waiting, and it turned out the driver hadn't arrived yet or hadn't quite arrived where he said he would. The airport staff helped; I spoke with the hotel staff in Chinese, and they translated into English. We finally met, took me to the hotel, and checked me in. I liked the hotel itself: the room was clean and cozy, with crisp white towels, bed linens, comfortable mattresses, blankets, and pillows. There are toiletries, slippers, a kettle, tea, and water. Once again, the staff really try to help, they're really sweet! Cons: The area around is so-so, but there are a couple of supermarkets and local cafes, but we didn't try them because we didn't have time. The breakfast is decent, but strange and a bit meager: there's hot water but no cold. No coffee or tea, but there are two types of milk. No forks. And very little of everything is provided. Just a few dumplings, a few pieces of melon, and bread. The only people at breakfast were us and two other Chinese people. Two scrambled eggs. My son and I ate some, but my daughter didn't get any; she arrived later and they didn't refill her. Then at 9:30 the staff comes for breakfast. But the price was very reasonable, so I'm not complaining, just giving feedback. Conclusion: I would stay at this hotel again for the budget price, if I'm transiting through Qingdao. Recommendation for staff: Please bring this to the attention of the managers at breakfast. Add tea/coffee and forks. Create clear transfer instructions, as the driver always drops you off and picks you up from the same location. Contact trip.com, as you can arrange for a translator there. Talking on the phone is nearly impossible; it's torture for both the tourist and the receptionist, as the staff doesn't speak English, and foreign tourists don't speak Chinese. Alternatively, create a WhatsApp account and include that number when booking. Also, not all tourists have mobile internet, and coverage isn't always available at the airport. The airport pickup driver and front desk staff were very helpful, and the room, though a bit small, was manageable. The worst part was the soundproofing. I frequently travel to Qingdao Airport and have stayed at other nearby All Seasons hotels before, but this was the worst experience I've had. My room was near the elevator, and it was incredibly noisy! The elevator noise, the neighbors' voices, and the delivery driver's phone calls all filled the room. I was supposed to go to sleep at 10 PM, but I couldn't fall asleep until midnight! It seriously affected my travel plans for the next day!! Absolutely avoid this hotel!! I've stayed in rooms near elevators before, and they were always quiet, which shows how terrible the soundproofing is at this All Seasons hotel. I even heard other guests complaining about the poor soundproofing in the car this morning. In conclusion, a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again!

The hygiene was acceptable, but it's in the suburbs, so there was no option to eat out. We ordered takeout in the evening, and it was delivered to the front desk. We waited a long time, but they wouldn't bring it up. I called the front desk three times with no answer. On the fourth call, I asked if the takeout was at the front desk, and the person just said, “I'm not a delivery driver,” and hung up. Can you believe such a rude front desk staff member?

Facilities: The amenities are quite comprehensive. You can watch movies, and everything is well-equipped. The bed is perfect for those with back issues; it was just right and I slept very comfortably. Hygiene: The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the room had no strange odors. The cleaning staff were very attentive; they even picked up long hairs after showering, which I really appreciate. Environment: It's very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away, so it's perfect if you're on a tight schedule, haha. The soundproofing might be average, but it's acceptable. There's a convenient parking lot downstairs. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. They would remind us about airport pick-up and drop-off, and even called to remind us about early morning drop-off. The service is excellent. I also left something behind, and they actively helped resolve it and sent it to me. Thumbs up! When traveling, hotel service is a huge part of the experience. Upon arrival, the driver also proactively told us the easiest way to get to the city. Big thumbs up! I really like hotel services that solve problems.

Glad to Have this hotel, our flight arrive late at 11pm and no one shandong airlines so we dont have transit hotel our flight is the next day, so I need to look for a hotel since I have two kids with me I book them online and call them they response immediately and in 10minutes they pick us up in the airport and send us to the airport in the next day for free. Very hassle free
