I chose a room without a private bathroom, but the communal bathroom wasn't far from my room. I went twice, once in the morning and once at night, for washing and using the toilet, and didn't encounter anyone else. It actually felt a bit like being at home, just stepping out of the room to use the facilities. The room itself isn't big, and the AC control panel is on the ceiling. It has a TV, hangers, and a kettle – everything you need. The window is sealed, but once the AC is on, it doesn't feel stuffy at all; the air feels circulated. 3. If you want a good night's sleep, you definitely need to pull the curtains all the way down. Since I arrived at night, it felt quite dark. To avoid oversleeping, I only pulled them halfway. The next morning, I vaguely heard/dreamt of the sound of rain (or was it someone dragging luggage?). I opened my eyes, and the sunlight was streaming in, making the room so bright! 4. Exiting the room, there's a dedicated security channel, which is super convenient and leads directly past security. BUT! It's quite a trek from the VIP lounge. You can print your boarding pass here, then take the elevator next to it up to the third floor to check in. Before boarding, my boarding code wouldn't scan, so I had to go back from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor to print my boarding pass, and then back to the 3rd floor for security. But overall, it was all pretty quick!
