Very nice service. Room is on high floor as requested. It is bright and spacious with good view. Staff are hospitable no matter those at the front desk or the house service team or the concierge at front entrance. Have to thank a front desk staff called 張雪 who was so nice to send me up to the room with the big luggage. There was a little surprise of robot service which helped to send take away food (ordered from the outside) up to my room. It was a lovely experience : soon after I received a msg on the phone saying that the food was delivered, then I would heard room door bell ringing. I opened the door and saw the robot was just right outside with the delivered food. It was a cute service.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and airport pickup service is included with the booking. Honestly, I only booked one room, but my friend and I were traveling from different places and arriving at the hotel at different times in the evening. Surprisingly, the hotel arranged free airport pickup for both trips, which was truly beyond my expectations! It's very convenient for moms traveling with a child and arriving late at night. The hotel's service is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are also very wide. My child really enjoyed the smart voice control. Highly recommend!

I stayed there the next day before leaving the airport. I made a reservation because they said they would provide free airport pick-up and drop-off. It's close to Bulya Castle, so it's perfect for going to Bulya Castle at night and then going to the airport after one night. Is this room condition right for this price? If it were in the city, it would be worth less than 100,000 won. It's clean and stylish, and the bedding is clean. It's a new hotel, so everything is new. The downside is that there's nothing around. When I called a Didi taxi, it didn't show up, so I went to the wrong Ibis at first and came back. The taxi fare was similar to the hotel fare. It was my first time at a hotel where the staff didn't speak English, but I communicated with a translator and was so kind that I was impressed. I would visit again.

This capsule hotel really exceeded my expectations! Its location right inside the airport was incredibly convenient for my late-night arrival, perfect for a night's rest. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind! The service was very attentive, and they even upgraded me to a double capsule for free! 🫶🏻🥰 The space was so much bigger! It was spacious and comfortable for one person, and even for two, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. The capsule itself was very clean, without any strange odors. All the facilities inside were complete, the bed was super comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet. I had actually expected it to be noisy, based on some reviews I'd read online. But to my surprise, sleeping was perfectly fine! The capsule also had a great ambiance! The lights could even change colors, which was a fun touch 😋 The staff were friendly throughout my stay, and I was very satisfied this time. If I arrive late again, I'll definitely stay here again! ^^

Around 3 AM, Manager Tian personally drove over to pick us up. The airport and hotel aren't far apart, but this gesture really boosted our impression of the city. He even upgraded our room for free! The hospitality of Shandong is truly impressive. I'll definitely come back to Shandong next time and stay at your hotel again!!!

After exiting the subway, just keep following the 'VIP Building' (or Plaza Premium Lounge) signs. (Odd that the other two hotels have their names displayed, but Aerotel doesn't, though at least they're all in the same general direction.) 2. I chose a room without a private bathroom, but the communal bathroom wasn't far from my room. I went twice, once in the morning and once at night, for washing and using the toilet, and didn't encounter anyone else. It actually felt a bit like being at home, just stepping out of the room to use the facilities. The room itself isn't big, and the AC control panel is on the ceiling. It has a TV, hangers, and a kettle – everything you need. The window is sealed, but once the AC is on, it doesn't feel stuffy at all; the air feels circulated. 3. If you want a good night's sleep, you definitely need to pull the curtains all the way down. Since I arrived at night, it felt quite dark. To avoid oversleeping, I only pulled them halfway. The next morning, I vaguely heard/dreamt of the sound of rain (or was it someone dragging luggage?). I opened my eyes, and the sunlight was streaming in, making the room so bright! 4. Exiting the room, there's a dedicated security channel, which is super convenient and leads directly past security. BUT! It's quite a trek from the VIP lounge. I walked a long way to V2 to eat some mackerel dumplings, and then after eating, I walked back to the boarding gate… Note: From the subway to the VIP Building/Plaza Premium Lounge is on the first floor. You can print your boarding pass here, then take the elevator next to it up to the third floor to check in. Before boarding, my boarding code wouldn't scan, so I had to go back from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor to print my boarding pass, and then back to the 3rd floor for security. But overall, it was all pretty quick!

This hotel has a very good location near the airport, and it is also very clean. The room and bed are very clean and help me sleep well at night. I am really impressed with this hotel. Inside the room, the hotel provides all amenities and two bottles of drinking water, which is very good. You can walk from Jiaodong Metro Station (Exit B), then walk to the hotel, or you can take a taxi for about 7 yuan, which is very cheap and convenient. The hotel owner is also very kind and helpful, with good service; I really appreciate them. If you are a solo traveler and will take a train at Hondao Railway Station or Jiaozhou Railway Station, I recommend staying here.
