The rooms are new and spacious, suggesting the hotel opened recently, with excellent facilities. The front desk service was excellent, providing complimentary bottled water and tea. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite refined. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service. The location is superb, conveniently situated near various city attractions and numerous restaurants. Suitable for short-stay trips.

I booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

The first room assigned to me is full of smoke smell. I have to change 3 rooms to find the room without smell. I want them to seriously concern about smoking in the hotel. As I booked non-smoking room, because I am allergic to the cigarettes smoke. The room itself is fine. There are many yummy restaurants Near hotel. Hotel is midway between railway station and old town. Convenient and cheap to take didi to many places. New hotel which is spotlessly clean. Laundry room is well-equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Breakfast spread is pretty decent with ample fruit variety. All staff are well-mannered and try their best to fulfil customer requests.

The overall health, environment and facilities of Home Inn are good. The only thing I want to talk about is the waiter named Ipalguli. Her service attitude is so bad. Asking a question feels like she is worth millions. She is irritable and unreasonable. , he didn’t even say hello when he walked in, he kept a straight face, I have never seen a waiter with such poor service! Why do I give 2 points for service? Originally I only gave 1 point because the other waiters at the front desk are very good, especially the security lady, who provides warm service.
