It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep.
The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now."

1. The quality of service has noticeably declined since the hotel's initial opening.
2. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the room's drain.
3. The towels provided were old and worn, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was of very poor quality.
4. The laundry room and gym are awkwardly crammed into a single small space with insufficient equipment. With only two washing machines, guests often have to wait in line until the early hours of the morning to do their laundry. It would be much more practical to remove two treadmills and add more washing machines."

"What an unexpected reward. During the day, I drove to Kuqa Kizil Grottoes and Tianshan Grand Canyon. At night, I ate meat next to Kuqa Palace. When I booked a hotel, I found this newly opened hotel. It was affordable and included breakfast. I booked a room without hesitation! As a result... the room was really big... the environment was great... the facilities were also good! I arrived a little late, but the service attitude of Xiao Zou and Xiaoyu at the front desk was super great! ! ! I really feel at home and warm.
The business standard room we booked was upgraded to an executive standard room for free.
Traveling as a family of four with two children, the two 1.5cm beds are super comfortable. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, and families traveling with children can close their eyes. There is a tea bar machine at the elevator entrance on each floor: milk tea, coffee, milk, and hot water are continuously supplied.
There are many types of breakfast, the service is also in place, all aspects are in order, the breakfast environment is very good, you can have breakfast leisurely.
The hotel parking lot is large and there is a free self-service car wash, which solved the problem of bug-contaminated car windshields along the way.

From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. GGuest UserI stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. I have two small suggestions: it is recommended to use conditioner and a larger humidifier.

Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. The location is very good, just opposite the alley of Qiuci, and not far from the attractions in the city. The decoration of the house is very unique, it's very interesting to live in the room, and it's super cool to sit in the yard and chat and eat! The most important thing is that the atmosphere is really good, the boss and the clerk are super nice, and all the brothers and friends I met are very good. I stayed for three days and ate or shared meals every day (it was super delicious Han food, friends who want to eat vegetables and Han food are saved 😭, and I also ate zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival), and I also took the brother's car to visit attractions outside the city. Haha. Anyway, I had a very happy three days.

Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

GGuest UserThe hostel stuff is very kind and helpful. They would make sure that you have a pleasant stay. It is clean and tidy at all times. Location is only 10-15 minutes walking distance from places like Kucha temple and the kucha mansion. Only 1 hour driving distance from the Tianshan Grand Canyon which must be visited. Kizilya is also very close ny which both can be done in a day trip. Kucha is an essential part of Silk Road. The museum is also a must to visit. This is a good place to stay.

TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they proactively provided me with nearby taxi spots and local tips, which was a heartwarming touch. Check-out was also smooth and effortless.
Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to friends!

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

The staff were pleasant and the interior was frequently patrolled by security. The only notable factor for prospective tourists was that the. domestic guests in the male room were quite rough. A lot of inside smoking and loudness.
