"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"We went to Kashgar and passed by Kuqa and stayed in Kuqa for two days. The Xizhou Hotel was very satisfied. The hotel recommended local food to us and recommended Kuqa's tourist attractions. It was fun to visit for two days. The hotel was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. There are also electric curtains, butlers do not exercise when turning on the lights, very good, very cost-effective!"

"Kuqa Tourism stayed at Home Inn and Atour for two days. The first to ten floors of the same building are Home Inn, and the eleven to seventeen floors are Atour. The room size, mattress, and layout are almost exactly the same. The layout of the bathroom is slightly different. I personally feel that home is more reasonable. Atour has more humidifiers and small refrigerators on the facilities, breakfast is more abundant, health is good, washing machine and dryer are very convenient, free coffee is provided on the first floor of the home"

"I stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. I have two small suggestions: it is recommended to use conditioner and a larger humidifier."

"I rarely write reviews, but this time I'll leave some negative comments:
1. The room key card didn't have a room number on it, and they didn't even verbally inform me. I only noticed the missing room number when I arrived at the floor. It was the 15th floor! The elevator was incredibly slow. I called the front desk, and it took ages to get the room number.
2. At 11:30 PM, they inexplicably delivered clothes hangers. I knocked on the door repeatedly, only to find out they'd delivered to the wrong room. Frustrating! My child and I were asleep.
3. Ten minutes later, they knocked again. This time, it was water (I'd ordered it from the front desk two hours earlier, but it never came, only arriving in the middle of the night. Couldn't they have delivered the clothes hangers too?). Frustrated and wanting to complain...
4. I contacted customer service, and they said the hotel would contact me at 9 AM the next day. But no one responded the next day. Considering national unity, I quietly left...
5. The hotel shower drain also had a problem, and no one repaired it..."

Breakfast wasn't particularly good. Overall, the room was acceptable."

The advantages are that the price is more favorable, the location is good, it is close to the bazaar and it is convenient to eat. The room facing the street has poor sound insulation."

"The hotel is a little bit old but the room is clean. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but fine. They even offer free laundry service, which is a big bonus.
The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay."

GGuest UserHotel is midway between railway station and old town. Convenient and cheap to take didi to many places. New hotel which is spotlessly clean. Laundry room is well-equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Breakfast spread is pretty decent with ample fruit variety. All staff are well-mannered and try their best to fulfil customer requests.

There is only one elevator. It is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is easy to get a taxi and the price is about 10 yuan. It is very convenient to eat around the hotel, but it is not as cost-effective as the old city. I feel it is a bit expensive and not that delicious. The hotel has a contracted travel agency, and it is a bit noisy when checking in at night. You must avoid them for breakfast, you know.

It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.

MM451250****This trip chose this hotel really! From the beginning of the door, I felt full of intentions. The front desk lady smiled kindly and checked in quickly and efficiently. The room is spacious, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I sleep until dawn to relieve fatigue. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hygiene is particularly meticulous, and even the corners are clean. The hotel also provides free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is varied, delicious and super satisfying. The surrounding transportation is convenient, it is convenient to go anywhere, the overall experience is full, I have recommended it to my friends, and I will stay next time!

SSeanPA68The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

We live in room 201, the room is large, two bedrooms, one big bed and one middle bed, the bathroom is large, the rooftop on the second floor is comfortable, and there is a kitchen on the first floor for guests. The price is more cost-effective, suitable for living, it is recommended.

JJONO5K1Very reliable and secure compound. Situated on the 9th and 10th floors of the Super 8 hotel, this hostel is quite quiet and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the interior was frequently patrolled by security. The only notable factor for prospective tourists was that the. domestic guests in the male room were quite rough. A lot of inside smoking and loudness.
