"The location is a bit far from the walkable historic district. The hotel itself has a grand feel. A big thank you to the lady at the front desk for upgrading my room! However, some in-room facilities felt dated. For instance, the shower hose leaked at its connection, and the bedside power outlet was so loose that plugs wouldn't stay in. Breakfast wasn't particularly good. Overall, the room was acceptable."

"The train arrived at 6 am and the front desk sister quickly checked in. The room was very comfortable and warm, there was no smell, the towel bedding in the room was very refreshing, and I immediately slept back to the cage. "This stay was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is very convenient, and taxis are easily available right outside, making it quick and easy to get to attractions and shopping districts.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they proactively provided me with nearby taxi spots and local tips, which was a heartwarming touch. Check-out was also smooth and effortless.

"What an unexpected reward. During the day, I drove to Kuqa Kizil Grottoes and Tianshan Grand Canyon. At night, I ate meat next to Kuqa Palace. When I booked a hotel, I found this newly opened hotel. It was affordable and included breakfast. I booked a room without hesitation! As a result... the room was really big... the environment was great... the facilities were also good! The breakfast was also rich... What an unexpected reward. I have recommended it to my friends who are going to travel to Kuqa recently."

"Staying at Kuqa Home Inn Pedestrian Street Hotel on October 14, the warm heart service was impressive. Especially the two waiters at the front desk, Xia Yida and wheat, were very enthusiastic and arranged a quiet room for me intimately; The two female security guards took the initiative to come forward after seeing the luggage and helped to deliver it to the room all the way. They were very thoughtful; the customer service staff on the 9th floor were also enthusiastic and responded promptly when there was a need. This stay experience is particularly good, and every service detail makes people feel comfortable!"

"This is a hotel that makes me feel very satisfied in all aspects. The staff's service attitude is quick and friendly. Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. Unlimited Nongfu Spring, freshly ground coffee and scented tea are available at the lobby counter. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. There are Twinings brand tea bags, cream balls for coffee, and even the eggs are in the shape of hearts. There is shepherd's purse, buns, pumpkin, and yam. The noodles and wontons cooked on site are also delicious. When I left, the girl at the front desk gave me some water to drink on the way. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel next time I come here. By the way, the hotel is very close to the night market and can be reached on foot. GGuest UserI stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. I have two small suggestions: it is recommended to use conditioner and a larger humidifier.

I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.

XXi———As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel the sense of luxury. The decoration is simple and elegant, and the spacious and bright lobby reveals the care everywhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me in very quickly and even upgraded my room. I was so touched.
The room is even better, with spacious space, reasonable layout and great lighting. The bed was so soft and comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are not only complete but also the same brands, making them super safe to use.

Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

We live in room 201, the room is large, two bedrooms, one big bed and one middle bed, the bathroom is large, the rooftop on the second floor is comfortable, and there is a kitchen on the first floor for guests. The price is more cost-effective, suitable for living, it is recommended.

The staff were pleasant and the interior was frequently patrolled by security. The only notable factor for prospective tourists was that the. domestic guests in the male room were quite rough. A lot of inside smoking and loudness.
