For this trip, my friend and I booked a standard room. When checking in at the front desk, I specifically asked the staff about the price difference between the mobile phone and the front desk prices. They answered patiently and said that Ctrip had coupons, so I could book wherever it was more cost-effective. The service was polite and not too abrupt, the room was arranged appropriately according to my requirements, and I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness; it was good value for money.

Amazing Room: The Deluxe King Room we booked was even better than we expected! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and elegant style, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like being enveloped in a cloud, allowing for a dreamless night's sleep. The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue. Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip. This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends

This was the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang. The hotel has separate wet and dry areas, two bathrooms, and a separate door between the two rooms. The bedding was clean, and there were welcome snacks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and responsive to every request. The amenities were comprehensive, including bath masks and bath salts. Requests were quickly answered, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk and security both helped with luggage and delivered it to the room. It was comfortable and quiet, and my kids loved it. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Xinjiang.

I stayed in Kuqa for two days during my self-driving trip. The Kuqa Hotel is very new and the lobby is magnificent and nice. There are also self-service laundry facilities. I washed all my clothes during the two days I stayed in Kuqa. Note that Kuqa Hotel has Building 1 and Building 2, and the main service facilities of the hotel are in Building 1. Building 2 is purely for accommodation. To go from Building 2 to Building 1, you need to walk 20 to 30 meters from the outdoors. Although it is not far, it is too sunny. If you can directly book a room in Building 1, just book in Building 1. The room is spacious and bright, nice. One drawback is that the hotel did not clean the trash can in our room when cleaning the room. Garbage such as melon rinds was left in the trash can for two days until check-out. Although there is no strange smell, I think it is wrong to clean the room without emptying the garbage in the trash can.

The hotel is a courtyard hotel, the environment is good, quiet and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast category is rich, the quality of the front desk service is different, and individual service staff need to strengthen training. Suggestions: We live in Area A, the hotel underground parking lot to the room elevator to pass through the warehouse, boiler room, swimming pool, gym, etc. The long underground passage has no indication signs, all rely on blind guessing, adding a sign is not difficult, but it can solve the guests' great confusion

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating. I had accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they not only switched us to a double room but also provided a complimentary upgrade! The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped. I particularly loved the amount of natural light in the room. What's more, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

The room was satisfactory, with complete and comfortable facilities. The room was spacious, and I especially appreciate the front desk staff (4085 and 4086) – they were warm, attentive, and considerate of their guests. However, I would suggest improving the breakfast service; the food was cold and unappetizing, even the porridge wasn't heated up.
