The surroundings are also quiet, making it a perfect base for rest. Impeccable Service: The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient. Upon noticing our luggage, the concierge immediately offered assistance with a smile. Every time we met the staff, they proactively greeted us, making us feel right at home. Amazing Room: The Deluxe King Room we booked was even better than we expected! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and elegant style, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like being enveloped in a cloud, allowing for a dreamless night's sleep. The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue. Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip. This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends

The price/performance ratio is very high. In this urban environment, during the peak tourist season in summer, the price is very affordable. The hotel room we arrived in the morning did not have a room yet. The little girl at the front desk upgraded the room for us for free. She was very humanistic and allowed us to have a room. The room can be considered a five-star hotel in Shanghai! But parking and breakfast need to be improved. Maybe because the hotel is big, there are so many people eating breakfast. When we had breakfast, many dishes were not available. The service staff kept serving food, but they couldn't bear the crowds and found a seat. It took me a long time to find~

The hotel offers excellent value for money, and breakfast can be purchased on-site. The parking lot is spacious and the facilities are brand new. The restaurant serves live fish and crab, which are delicious and affordable. The Chinese restaurant also offers a simple buffet for lunch and dinner for just 30.00 per person, saving you the trouble of eating out. Highly recommended!

Yesterday's stay at the new C-building of the Kuqa Hotel was a delightful surprise! The modern minimalist style, warm colors paired with wood elements, created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly, the bathroom was clean and upscale, and there was plenty of hot water. Attention to detail was evident; a kettle and tea bags were provided, and the large window offered a wide view and excellent natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a super comfortable overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuqa! Well, words fail me, just look at the pictures! In short, I loved it!

I had accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they not only switched us to a double room but also provided a complimentary upgrade! The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped.
