AAnonymous UserI took my kids to the Wildlife Park for a day on May Day. We played too late, so we booked a hotel nearby. The Orange Hotel has a good reputation. The service of this hotel is very good, responsive, patient, and solved the problem quickly. Small gifts were given at check-in and check-out. Recommended!

GGuest UserIn the off-season, it's really good to stay at the All Seasons Hotel for more than 200 yuan. A family of three booked a superior king-size bed room with windows, which is no different from the pictures shown on the app. Because I brought my three-year-old child, I forgot to take pictures of the room. I put down my luggage and went out to play haha 😄. There is a high school diagonally opposite the hotel, so there are some small restaurants nearby to meet the needs of eating. There is a mung bean cake opposite the hotel that is very delicious. We bought two boxes when we left. There is a bun shop downstairs in the hotel. I think the taste is okay. I checked in on the first day. There are many child-friendly parks in Gu'an County. Gu'an's environment is very clean. It is a national model city for health creation. Central Park is very fun. Babies who ride bicycles can go to the ecological park to challenge the pump track. The next day, I got up early and set off for Daxing Wildlife Park. It was really convenient to drive for 15 minutes.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by the rich aroma of coffee. The warm lighting and retro decor instantly put me at ease. Unlike the cold, typical hotel experience, it felt like staying in a stylish cafe. The front desk lady at check-in was incredibly friendly and efficient, and she thoughtfully explained the hotel's amenities, making me feel very comfortable.
The room was also thoughtfully appointed. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making it hard to get up. The soundproofing was excellent, and I had a peaceful and peaceful night's sleep. The most pleasant surprise was the coffee pods provided in the room. Making a cup in the morning, combined with the morning light outside the window, was the perfect way to start the day.
The location is also very convenient, with restaurants and shopping nearby, making travel hassle-free. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me a small gift: a custom-made coffee drip bag. So much attention to detail, it felt like I was treated with care.
In short, whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, James Joyce Coffetel is a top choice. I'll definitely stay there again!

GGuest UserMy friend moved to Gu'an from Beijing. I went here to see friends. The first time I came to Gu'an, I got off the high-speed rail to the hotel, and took a taxi for about 20 minutes. It was very convenient to travel. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the smiles greeted each other. The facilities in the room were clean and tidy, the mattress quilt pillows were very comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally. Very good hotel.

GGuest UserSpeechless family, hanging the name of Starway is Star He, it should be due to join, Starway has a bowl of noodles (not very delicious), no Starway souvenirs. The room is also smaller than the photo, very small, the distance between the twin bed and the TV cabinet is enough to walk.
The TV cabinet and wallpaper are a bit dirty, everything else is okay. Anyway, everything is a bit dirty. Easy to eat. There is also a washing machine, and the front desk will help dry. The front desk service attitude is absolutely five stars, if you can change your name, change your name, don't hang the original name again, weird 🥲
Breakfast is not delicious. Many of the dishes are cold, a bit fooled, generally.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
